Claims (9)
- 하기(1)-(3) 단계를 특징으로 하는, 메탄과 기체 산화제를 포함하는 기체 혼합물을 반응 조건하에서 고형 접촉제와 접촉시켜 메탄을 고급 탄화수소 생성물로 전환시키는 방법 ;(1) 상기 기체 혼합물을 반응 온도보다 최소한 100℃ 낮은 온도하에서 고형 접촉제를 함유한 얇은 단열 반응기 베드로 통과시키고(2) 상기 기체 혼합물의 흐름에 대해 역류인 방향에서 상기 베드를 통해 축방향으로 흐르는, 상기 반응이 생성한 열의 전도 흐름에 의해 상기 기체 혼합물을 상기 배드속에서 반응온도로 가열시키고,(3) 상기 고급 탄화수소 함유 반응 기체 혼합물을 상기 베드로부터 제거한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 얇은 베드가 50.8㎝ (20in) 보다 적은, 바람직하게 20.32㎝ (8in) 보다 적은 깊이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공급 기체가 반응온도보자 최소한 400℃ 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고형물 접촉제가 비-산성 고형물, 바람직하게는 환원성 금속 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급 기체가 할로겐 또는 칼코겐 또는 둘다를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 메탄과 기체 산화제를 포함하는 기체 혼합물을 고형물 접촉제와 접촉시킴에 의해 메탄올 고급 탄화수소로 전환시키는 반응기에 있어서, 상기 반응기가 예비가역 지대와 반응 지대를 갖는 상기 고형물 접촉제의 얇은 베드를 포함하고, 상기 베드가 상기 기체 반응 혼합물을 반응 온도로 예비 가열시키기 위해 상기 반응지대로부터 상기 예비가열 지대로의 반응열의 충분한 축방향흐름을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 얇은 베드가 50.8㎝(20in) 보다 적은, 바람직하게 20.32㎝ (8in) 보다 적은 깊이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 반응기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 얇은 베드가 열전도율을 증가시키기 위한 고형물의 첨가 여부에 관계없이 일체식 벌집 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 얇은 베드가, 금속 호울더, 더욱 바람직하게는 스테인레스 강 호울더에 함유되는 더 높은 열전도율의 고형물의 첨가 여부에 과나계없이 상기 접촉제의 이산 입자를 포함하는 반응기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
