Claims (4)
- 탄화수소 공급물로 구성된 공급류를 탈수소화 조건으로 유지되는 탈수소화 촉매의 첫번째 베드에 통과시켜 수소, 탄화 수소 공급물과 탄화수소 생성물로 구성된 탈수소화 구역 유출류를 생성하여 탈 수소화 구역 유출류와 산소 함유 기류를 혼합시켜 산화 촉진 조건으로 유지되는 선택적 수소산화 촉매의 분리베드 내로 통과시켜 산화구역 유출류를 생성하고 산화구역 유출류를 탈수소화 촉매의 두번째 베드내로 통과시키는 공정에 있어서, 탈수소화 구역의 유출류를 직접 또는 간접열교환에 의하여 냉각시키고 산화 촉매 베드내에서 요구되는 열량을 상기 냉각이 없는 경우의 똑같은 산화구역 유출류 온도가 얻어지기에 필요한 온도 이상으로 증가시키는 것으로 구성된, 탈수소화가 가능한 탄화수소의 접촉탈 수소화 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탈수소화 구역 유출류의 냉각 방법이 간접열 교환에 의해 물을 증발시키는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 탈수소화 공정.
- 제2항에 있어서, 탈수소화 구역 유출류의 냉각 방법이 산소-함유 기류를 탈수소화 구역내에 유입시키기전에 주위온도 이하로 냉각시키는 것으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 탈수소화 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탈수소화 구역 유출류의 냉각 방법이 탈수소화 구역내에서 간접열교환에 의해 물을 증발시키는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 탈수소화 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
