Claims (10)

  1. a) 사용된 촉매를 재생성구역으로 유입시키고 콤펙트 베드로서 재생성 구역을 하향통과시키고,
    b) 촉매상에 존재하는 탄소가 연소될 조건으로서 재생성 구역내에 위치한 연소구역내의 산소-함유 기류와 촉매를 접촉시켜 저-탄소 촉매와 재생구역으로부터 배출되어질 연소기류를 생성하고,
    c) 연소구역으로부터 저-탄소 함유 촉매를 재생성구역내에 위치한 가열구역에 하향 유입하여 통과시켜 그곳에서 저-탄소 촉매를 온도조절기류와 접촉시킨 뒤,
    d) 온도조절 구역으로부터의 저-탄소 촉매를 재생성 구역내에 위치한 건조구역에 하향유입하여 통과시켜 그곳에서 건조기류와 저-탄소 촉매를 접촉시켜 재생성된 촉매입자를 산출하고,
    e) 연소기류의 가능한 한 많은 부로 응축하여 1차 공정기료를 생성한 뒤,
    f) 1차 공정기류의 첫 번째 부를 상기 정의된 온도조절 기류로서 온도조절 구역에 유입시키고,
    g) 1차 공정기류의 두 번째부를 냉각한 뒤 1차 공정기류의 두 번째부를 상기 정의된 산소-함유 기류로서 연소구역에 유입시키는 단계로 구성된 코크-오염된 촉매의 재생성공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 건조기류가 산소로 구성되었으며, 재생성구역내를 상향 통과하여 연소구역으로 유입되어 연소구역내에서 공급된 산소가 소모되는 것을 특징으로하는 촉매의 재생성 공정.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 온도조절 구역과 건조 구역 사이에 염화구역이 존재하며 염소함유물질로 구성된 염화기류 염화구역에 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 재생성 공정.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 염화기류가 산소도 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 재생성 공정.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 염화기류가 저-탄소 촉매를 하향통과하여 연소구역으로 유입되고 염화기류내에 존재하는 산소가 탄소의 연소시 연소구역내에서 소모되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 재생성 공정.
  6. a) 탄화 수소 전환 공정의 반응구역에서 배출된 사용된 촉매를 단일한 촉매 재생성 구역으로 유입시키고 콤팩트 베드로서 재생성구역을 하향 통과시키고,
    b) 사용된 촉매상에 존재하는 탄소가 연소될 조건으로서, 연소구역내의 산소-함유기류와 사용된 촉매를 접촉시켜 저-탄소 촉매와 재생구역으로부터 배출되어질 연소 기류를 생성하고,
    c) 저 -탄소 함유 촉매를 재생구역내에 위치한 가열구역에 하향 유입하여 통과시켜 그곳에서 저-탄소 촉매를 가열기류와 접촉시킨 뒤,
    d) 저탄소 촉매를 재생성구역내에 위치한 염화구역을 하향 유입하여 통과시켜 그곳에서 염화-함유물질로 구성된 염화기류와 가열된 저-탄소 촉매를 접촉시키고,
    e) 재생성구역으로부터 저-탄소 촉매를 배출하고,
    f) 연소 기류의 가능한 한 많은 부를 응축하여 상대적으로 고압인 1차 공정기류를 생성한 뒤,
    g) 1차 공정기류의 첫 번째부를 상기 정의된 가열기류로서 가열구역에 유입시키고,
    h) 1차 공정기류의 두번째 부를 간접 열교환에 의해 냉각한 뒤 1차 공정 기류의 두번째 부를 상기 정의된 산소-함유기류로서 연소구역에 유입시키는 단계로 구성된 이동 베드 탄화수소 전환공정의 반응구역내에서 사용된 코크-오염된 고체 촉매의 재생성 공정.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 염화기류가 산소도 함유하며, 염화기류내에 존재하는 산소는 상향통과하여 연소구역내에서 촉매상의 탄소를 연소시키는 것을 특징으로하는 촉매의 재생성 공정.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 가열기류가 저-탄소 촉매와 접촉한 뒤 가열기류가 연소기류의 일부로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 재생성 공정.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 재생성 구역내에서 저-탄소 촉매가 건조구역내의 산소-함유 건조기류와 접촉하는 것이 염소기류와 접촉한 뒤이며 재생성구역으로부터 배출되기 전 인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 재생성 공정.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 재생성 구역으로부터 배출되는 촉매가 반응구역으로 유입되기에 앞서 환원 구역내의 환원기체와 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 재생성 공정.
