Description
イソブタン0.5〜5質量%、
n−ブタン5〜30質量%、
トランス−2−ブテン20〜40質量%、
シス−2−ブテン10〜20質量%、
1−ブテン25〜55質量%、
イソブテン0.5〜5質量%
ならびにそれぞれ最大1質量%の範囲内の微量ガス、例えば1,3−ブタジエン、プロペン、プロパン、シクロプロパン、プロパジエン、メチルシクロプロパン、ビニルアセチレン、ペンテン、ペンタン等。
(i)二量体化工程において、n個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンを含むオレフィン原料を、第1のオレフィンオリゴマー化触媒上で反応させて第1の反応生成物に変え、
この第1の反応生成物から2n個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンを単離し、および
(ii)コオリゴマー化工程において、n個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンおよび二量体化工程で取得された、2n個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンの少なくとも一部分を含むオレフィン原料を、第2のオレフィンオリゴマー化触媒上で反応させて第2の反応生成物に変える方法に関し、この場合このコオリゴマー化は、2n個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンの変換率が10%未満である条件下で実施される。
例1および2において、ブテン(次の組成のラフィネートII:イソブタン7.1質量%、n−ブタン19.3質量%、トランス−2−ブテン19.9質量%、1−ブテン41.6質量%、シス−2−ブテン9.5質量%およびイソブテン2.6質量%)を、先に第1の反応ユニット中でNiOをベースとする触媒上でのラフィネートIIのオリゴマー化(欧州特許第730567号明細書 実施例1)により取得されたオクテンと一緒に、H−MWWゼオライトをベースとするゼオライト系酸触媒(元素Si:Al:Feのモル比27:1:0.07、結合剤としてのベーム石20%でストランド化した)上でオリゴマー化し、ドデセンに変える。モル比C4:C8は、それぞれ2:1である。反応は、29.7mmの直径および3mの全長を有する、連続的に運転される反応器中で、90℃および次表中に記載された、毎時間の質量通過量(毎時重量空間速度 weight hourly space velocity WHSV)で行なわれた。
比較例4および5、および実施例6〜8:
次の例において、例3に相応する、C4オレフィンとC8オレフィンとの入口混合物を、NiOをベースとする触媒(欧州特許第730567号明細書 実施例1に相応する)上で95℃および種々の流量で反応させる。調節したそれぞれの混合物から、試料を取り出し、C8オレフィンとC12オレフィンの分離のために、蒸留により後処理を行なった。こうして得られた純粋なC8オレフィン留分およびC12オレフィン留分を、それぞれ次のようにヒドロホルミル化に掛けた:
ドデセン100g(オクテン)を、非連続的にオートクレーブ中で触媒としてのコエチルヘキサノエート0.13質量%で水10gを添加しながら175℃(160℃)で、および280バールの合成ガス圧下で1:1のCO対H2の混合比で4時間反応させた。オートクレーブ中の圧力降下で確認することができる、合成ガスの使用量を、再加圧によって補充した。オートクレーブの放圧後、10質量%の酢酸を有する反応排出量から、空気の導入によって酸化的にコバルト触媒を取り除き、有機生成物相をラニーニッケルを用いて170℃および280バールの水素圧で水素化した。得られた生成物混合物の分析は、ガスクロマトグラフィーにより行なわれた。
Claims (8)
- オレフィンをコオリゴマー化するための方法であって、n個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンおよび2n個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンを含むオレフィン原料を、オレフィンオリゴマー化触媒上で反応させて反応生成物に変え、nは、3〜10の整数を表わし、およびこの方法は、2n個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンの変換率がマイナスでなくかつ5%未満であり、およびn個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンの変換率が10〜50%の範囲内にある条件下で実施される、上記方法。
- 2n個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンの変換率が1%以下である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 反応生成物の部分量が間接的な熱交換によって冷却され、およびオレフィン原料に返送される、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- オレフィンオリゴマー化触媒としてニッケル含有不均一系触媒が使用される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- オレフィンオリゴマー化触媒として不均一系のゼオライト触媒が使用される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 得られた反応生成物中の2n個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンの量が、少なくとも1つの補正率を調節することによって調整され、前記補正率が、オレフィンオリゴマー化触媒上でのオレフィン原料の滞留時間、オレフィン原料の流量、返送流または循環流の流量、オレフィン原料におけるn個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンと2n個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンとの割合および反応温度から選択される、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- n個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンを含むオレフィン原料がオレフィンオリゴマー化触媒上で反応されて2n個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンに変わる、上方に位置している二量体化工程を含む、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 本質的に、n個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンとしてn−ブテンが使用され、および2n個の炭素原子を有するオレフィンとしてイソオクテンが使用される、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
