Description
(a)液体のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流の一部を気化するか、C3~C5炭化水素を含む気体の材料流とC3~C5炭化水素を含む液体の材料流とを混合するか、又は気体のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流の一部を凝縮し、この結果、2~50モル%、好ましくは3~30モル%、特に5~25モル%のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流が気化後の気相に存在することとなる工程、
(b)部分的に気化させたC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流を、水素化触媒を含む反応工程に供給し、C3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流中に存在するジエン1モルあたり2~20モルの割合で水素を添加する工程であって、水素が、部分的に気化させたC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流と一緒に添加されるか、又は別の添加の時点において添加される工程、
(c)気相と液相とを分離し、液相を生成物流として抜き出す工程、
を含む選択的水素化によってC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流からジエンを除去する方法により、達成される。
Claims (13)
- 水素化触媒の存在下における特定の反応圧力及び特定の反応温度での選択的水素化によって、C3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流からジエンを除去する方法であって、反応器入口の反応圧力が前記特定の反応圧力から0.01バールを超えて逸脱せずに且つ反応器入口の反応温度が前記特定の反応温度から0.1℃を超えて逸脱しないように前記の反応器入口の反応圧力及び反応温度が調節され、前記選択的水素化に供給される水素の割合が、前記のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流中に存在するジエン1モルに対して、2~20モルの範囲である、方法。
- C3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流からジエンを選択的水素化によって除去する方法であって、
(a)液体のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流の一部を気化するか、C3~C5炭化水素を含む気体の材料流とC3~C5炭化水素を含む液体の材料流とを混合するか、又は気体のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流の一部を凝縮して、これらの結果、2~50モル%の前記のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流が気化後の気相中に存在する工程、
(b)部分的に気化させたC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流を水素化触媒が含まれる反応工程に供給し、そしてC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流中に存在するジエン1モルに対して2~20モルの割合で水素を添加する工程であって、その水素が、部分的に気化させたC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流と一緒に添加されるか又はそれとは別の添加の時点において添加されることがある、工程、
(c)気相と液相とを分離して、液相を生成物流として抜き出す工程
を含む、方法。 - 不活性ガスが、前記のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流の気化された部分の量を調整するために添加される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記不活性ガスが、窒素、メタン、二酸化炭素、希ガス、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)及び(b)が、気化部分と前記水素化触媒を含む触媒床を保持する反応部分とを有する装置で行われ;
前記のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流が前記触媒床に入る前に、2~50モル%の前記のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流が気相中に存在する程度まで前記のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流が気化されるように、前記気化部分が設計されている、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流を2つの流に分割して、前記2つの流のうちの1つを完全に気化し、そして、気化後に前記2つの流のうちの他方とこれを再度混合することによって、工程(a)における前記のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流の一部の気化が行われる、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流が、高圧で加熱されてから、より低い圧力で運転される反応器内で減圧される、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応工程が別の反応器を含み;そして、
前記のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流が前記別の反応器に入る際においてさらなる部分が気化され、この結果、前記のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流が前記別の反応器に入った後に2~50モル%の前記のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流が気相に存在するように、工程(a)における気化が制御される、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流が、1つの二重結合を明確に有するC3~C5アルケンを99質量%以上含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記生成物流が、1つの二重結合を明確に有するC3~C5アルケンを99質量%以上含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記1つの二重結合を明確に有するC3~C5アルケンが、ブタ-1-エンである、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記のC3~C5炭化水素を含む材料流中のジエン含有量が、1000ppm未満である、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)で得られた気相を冷却し、この結果気相中に存在する前記の1つの二重結合を明確に有するC3~C5アルケンを凝縮させ、そしてその凝縮させた1つの二重結合を明確に有するC3~C5アルケンを生成物として抜き出す、請求項2から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
