Claims (1)
- 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 다음 X1, X2또는 X3에서 정의한 분리 아미노-또는 이미노 그룹에 상응하는 아민 또는 아민과 반응시키거나, 다음 구조식(Ⅳ)화합물을 다음 구조식(Ⅴ)의 화합물과 반응 시키거나 R1이 후술한 바와 같고 R2및/또는 R3가 수소인 구조식(Ⅰ)화합물을, R2및/ R3가 수소가 아니고 후술한 바와 같은 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물과 저급 알카놀의 반응성 에스테르 또는 특히 사이클로알카놀을 반응시켜 제조하거나, 다음 구조식(Ⅵ)생성 화합물에서 후술한 아미노 보호그룹을 분리하고, 추가 반응 단계를 진행시키고 필요시 구조식(Ⅰ)의 생성 화합물을 염으로 전환하거나, 필요시 구조식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 생성된 염을 유리염기로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하여 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 신규 구아니딘 유도체 및 그 호변 이성하합물 및 염을 제조하는 방법.상기 구조식에서 Ph는 치환 또는 미치환된 페닐 그룹이고, R1및 R2는 서로 다르며 각각 저급 알킬 또는 사이클로알킬 또는 R1과 R2를 합쳐서 고리의 탄소원자가 이질성 원자로 혼입되고 지방족 특성을 갖는 치환 또는 비치환된 2가 탄화 수소 래디칼이고, R3는 수소 또는 저급알킬 이고 X1은 Ph-N그룹(여기에서 Ph는 구조식(Ⅰ)에서 정의한 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐그룹)이거나 분리 가능 그룹이고 X2는 -NR1R2(여기에서 R1및 R2는 구조식(Ⅰ)에서 상술한 바와 같음)이거나 분리 가능 그룹이고 X3는그룹(여기에서 R3는 구조식(Ⅰ)에서 상술한 바와 같음)이거나 분리 가능그룹이며 (여기에서 단 치환체 X1,X2또는 X3중 단지 1개가 분리가능 그룹일 경우 X1,X2또는 X3중 1개는 탄소원자와 이중 결합을 이룬다)Y는 저급알콕시 (예를 들면 메틸티오 또는 에틸티오) 할로겐 (예를들면 염소 또는 브롬)이고 또는 Y는 동일 탄소원장와 결합한 2개의 저습알콕시이고 또 Z는 테트라 플루오로보레이트 음이온, 플루오로 설포네이트 음이온, 메틸 설페이트음이온 같은 저급 알킬 설페이트 음이온 또는 메탄설포네이트 음이온등의 알칸 설포네이트 음이온 또는 염소 또는 브롬 등의 할라이드이고 또, Y가 동일 탄소상의 2개의 저급 알콕시기인 경우, 음이온으로서 Z는 존재하지 않거나 또는 R2가 수소인 경우 호변이성 형은 유리염기로서 존재하며, R2'및 R3'의 치환기중 하나는 R2또는 R3의 의미를 가지며, 다른 하나는 분리 가능한 아미노보호 그룹이다.※ 참고 사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
