Claims (2)
- 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 알킬 이소우레아 또는 알킬 이소티오우레아와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식중 m은 1내지 3의 정수를 나타낸다.
- 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물 또는 그의 반응성 유도체를 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물 또는 그의 아황산염 유도체와 반응시키고, 따라서 수득된 R″가 벤질옥시카보닐페닐 또는 디페닐메틸옥시카보닐 비닐페닐그룹인 화합물을 촉매적으로 활성화된 수소로 수소화하여 R′가 카복실페닐 또는 카복시비닐페닐 그룹인 상응하는 화합물로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰb)의 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하는 방법.R″-A-H (Ⅵ)상기 식에서 R′는 나프틸, 인다닐, 테트라하이드로나프틸 또는 피리딜기룹 또는 할로겐원자 및 알킬, 알케닐, 알콕시, 알카노일, 시아노, 포르밀, 트리플루오로메틸, 페닐, 페닐알킬, 알카노일아미노, 아미노-설포닐, 카복실, 알콕시카보닐, 벤질옥시카보닐, 벤조일비닐, 페닐비닐가보닐, 카복시비닐 및 디페닐메틸옥시카보닐비닐 그룹으로 구성되는 그룹중에서 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환체를 가질 수 있는 페닐그룹이며, n은 0내지 3의 정수를 나타내고, R″는 나프틸, 인다닐, 테트라하이드로나프틸 또는 피리딜그룹 또는 할로겐원자 및 알킬, 알케닐, 알콕시, 알카노일, 시아노, 포르밀, 트리플루오로메틸, 페닐, 페닐알킬, 알카노일아미노, 아미노-설포닐, 알콕시카보닐, 벤질옥시카보닐, 벤질일비닐, 페닐비닐카보닐 및 디페닐메틸옥시카보닐비닐 그룹으로 구성되는 그룹중에서 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환체를 가질 수 있는 페닐그룹이며, A는 산소 또는 황원자를 나타낸다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
