Claims (8)

  1. 알칼리 금속 수산화물이 화학량론적 양 이상으로 존재하는 수성-알코올성 알칼리 금속 수산화물 용액내에서 다음 식(Ⅲ)의 티올산염과 다음 식(Ⅳ)의 염화피클일 히드로할라이드를 반응시켜서 다음 식(Ⅰ)의 티오메틸피리딘 유도체들을 제조한 후, 경우에 따라서 이 반응에 의하여 수득된 최종 유리염기를 치료학적으로 -수락할 수 있는 산성부가염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 티오메틸피리딘 유도체의 제조방법.
    이 식에서 R은 피리딘고리의 2, -3- 또는 4-위치에 부착되는 Q-S-CH2-기 (Q는 치환되었거나 치환되지 않은 아릴기이거나 또는 한 개 이상의 치환체를 함유할 수 있거나 임의로 치환된 페닐기나 임의로 치환된 헤테로고리와 축합될 수도 있는 5- 또는 6-원형의 헤테로 고리형태로된 기이다)이고;
    R'는 저급알킬기이거나 할로겐원자 또는 아미노알킬기이며;
    n은 0 또는 1-4까지의 정수이다.
    Q-SMn (Ⅲ)
    이 식에서 Q는 식(Ⅰ)에서 정의한 바와 같고; Me는 알칼리 금속원자이다.
    이 식에서 Hal은 할로겐원자를 나타내며; 클로로메틸기는 피리딘고리의 2-, 3- 또는 4-위치에 있으며, R'와 n은 식(Ⅰ)에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, n이 0인 티오메틸피리딘 유도체를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 티오메틸피리딘 유도체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, n이 1이고, R'가 피리딘고 리중 6-위치에 부착되어 있는 티오메틸 피리딘 유도체를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 티오메틸 피리딘 유도체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, n이 2이고, R'가 피리딘고리중 5- 와 6-위치에 부착되어 있는 티오메틸 피리딘 유도체를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 티오메틸 피리딘 유도체의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, Q가 임의로 치환된 페닐기인 티오메틸 피리딘 유도체를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 티오메틸 피리딘 유도체의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 할로겐원자나 저급알킬기 또는 저급알콕시기가 페닐기중 P-위치에 치환됨을 특징으로 하는 티오메틸 피리딘 유도체의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, Q가 임의로 치환된 이미다졸 일기, 티아졸일기, 티에닐기, 옥사졸일기, 피리미딘일기 또는 피리딜기인 티오메틸 피리딘 유도체를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 티오메틸 피리딘 유도체의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 이미다졸일기, 티아졸일기, 티에닐기, 옥사졸일기, 피리미딘일기 또는 피리미딜기가 저급알킬기와 할로겐원자 및 알콕시기 등으로 이루어진 기중에서 선택한 한 개나 두 개의 치환제로 치환됨을 특징으로한 티오메틸 피리딘 유도체의 제조방법.
