Claims (6)
- 다음 일반식(3)의 아미노케톤을 시아네이트 또는 티오시아네이트 염과 반응시키고; T가 2가의 황원자인 화합물을 제조하기 위해서는 T가 산소원자인 생성물을 포스포러스 펜타설파이드와 반응시키고; R이 수소 이외의 것인 화합물을 제조하기 위해서는 R이 수소인 생성물을 아실 할라이드나 아실화제와 반응시키고; 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하기 위해서는 생성물을 금속 염기성 염과 반응시킨후 이미다졸-카르복시아미드를 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(1)의 이미다졸카르복시아미드 및 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염의 제조방법.상기식에서 Q 및 T는 각각 독립적으로 산소원자나 2가의 황 워자이고; R은 수소, 저급알킬, 저급 알킬카르보닐 또는 벤조일이고; R1은 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 CF3이고; R2는 -NH2, -NH(R5) 또는 -N(R5)(R6)이고; R5는 저급 알킬, 피리디닐, 페닐, 오르토, 메타 또는 파라위치가 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 하이드록시 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, 저급알킬티오, 저급알킬스폰 또는 저급알킬술폭시드로 치환된 페닐이고; 그리고 R6는 저급알킬이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소이고 Q 및 T가 각각 산소원자인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소이고, Q 및 T가 각각 산소원자이며 그리고 R1이 메틸인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소이고, Q 및 T가 각각 산소원자이며 R5가 피리딜, 페닐 또는 치환된 페닐인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소이고, Q 및 T가 각각 산소원자이며 R5및 R6이 수소 또는 저급알킬인 방법.
