Claims (6)
- (a)다음 구조식의 니트릴을구조식 NHR2R3(여기에서 R1,R2,R3및 R5는 후술하는 바와 같다)와 반응시키고; (b)얻어진 다음 구조식의 아마이드(상기식에서 R1,R2,R3및 R6는 후술하는 바와 같다)를 알카리금속 시아나이드와 반응시킨 후 (c)X가 S인 구조식(b)화합물을 제조하는 경우, 임의로 반응(a) 또는 (b)의 생성물을 리아화하여 다음 구조식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 C1-C6알킬, C5-C6사이클로알킬,R2와 R3는 각각 독립적으로 수소, C1-C4알킬, C3-C4알케닐, C3-C4알키닐, C3-C4사이클로알킬 또는 C1-C3알콕시이거나; 또는 R2와 R3는 인접한 질소원자와 함께 피페리딘, 모르포린 또는 피롤리딘 링을 형성한다; 각 R4는 각각 독립적으로 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시,C1-C4할로알킬, C1-C4할로알콕시 또는 시아노; R5는 상기 아민에 의하여 치환될 수 있는기; R6는 할로겐; X는 0 또는 S이고; m은 0-3이다. 단, R4가 C1-C4알킬인 경우, 이 치환체는 페닐링의 2 또는 6위치가 아닌 곳에 위치하며; R2가 C1-C3알콕시인 경우 R3는 C1-C3알콕시는 아니다.
- 제1항에서, R1이인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에서, X가 산소인 구조식(Ⅰ)화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1-3항에서, -NR2R3가 -NHCH3또는 -NH사이클로알킬인 구조식(Ⅰ)화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에서, 5-시아노-1-페닐-N-메틸-1H-피라졸-4-카복시마이드를 제조하는 방법.
