Claims (7)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 2―(1―이미다졸릴)―에탄온올, A가 피리딜일 경우에는 페닐 또는 티에닐 마그네슘할라리드와 같은 유기금속 시약과 반응시키고, A가 그룹 R2일 경우에는 피리딜마그네슘 할라이드 또는 상응하는 리튬 화합물과 반응시키거나; 일반식(Ⅲ)의 이미다졸을 일반식(Ⅳ)의 옥시란과 반응시키고; 경우에 따라, 생성된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 생리학적으로 허용되는 산부가염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2―(1―이미다졸릴)―에탄올 유도체 및 그의 생리학적으로 허용되는 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 수소, 탄소수 1내지 3의 알킬 그룹 또는 할로겐원자이며, R2는 그룹또는이고,R3는 수소 또는 메틸그룹이며, R4는 수소, 탄소수 1내지 3의 알킬그룹 또는 할로겐 원자이고, R5는 수소 탄소수 1내지 3의 알킬 또는 알콕시 그룹, 할로겐원자 또는 트리플루오로메틸 그룹이며, m은 1또는 2이고 A는 그룹또는 R2이다
- 제1항에 있어서, R3가 수소인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 그의 생리학적으로 허용되는 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2―(1―이미다졸릴)―1―(2―피리딜)―1―(2―티에닐)―에탄올 및 그의 생리학적으로 허용되는 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2―(1―이미다졸릴)―1―(2―피리딜)―1―[2―(5―클로로티에닐)]―에탄올 및 그의 생리학적으로 허용되는 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2―(1―이미다졸릴)―1―(2―피리딜)―1―(P―클로로페닐)―에탄올 및 그의 생리학적으로 허용되는 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2―(1―이미다졸릴)―1―(2―피리딜)―1―(P―브로모페닐)―에탄올 및 그의 생리학적으로 허용되는 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
