Claims (25)

  1. 다음 일반식(II)의 화합물을 환원시켜 다음 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조한 다음, 필요에 따라 공지된 방법으로 이 피페라진 유도체를 상응하는 염으로 전환시켜줌을 특징으로 한 다음 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 약리학적으로 수락되는 이들의 염을 제조하는 방법.
  2. (상기 일반식에서
  3. R1은 수소원자 또는 저급알킬그룹이고;
  4. R2는 히드록실그룹, 아르알킬옥시그룹, 1내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 있는 저급알콕시그룹 또는 3내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 있는 저급알케닐옥시 그룹이고;
  5. R3는 수소원자, 아르알킬옥시그룹, 1내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 있는 저급알콕시그룹 또는 3내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 있는 저급알케닐옥시 그룹이며,
  6. R4는 수소원자 또는 1내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 있는 저급알콕시그룹인데, R3와 R4둘다가 수소원자일 경우에 R2는 1내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 있는 저급알콕시 그룹이외의 그룹을 나타낸다.)
  7. 다음 일반식(III)의 화합물과 다음 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 반응시켜 다음 일반식(I′)의 화합물을 제조한 다음, 필요에 따라, 공지된 방법으로 이 피페라진 유도체를 상응하는 염으로 전환시켜줌을 특징으로 한 다음 일반식(I′)의 화합물 또는 약리학적으로 수락되는 화합물의 염을 제조하는 방법.

  9. R1은 수소원자 또는 저급알킬그룹이고;
  10. R2는 아르알킬옥시그룹, 1내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 있는 저급 알콕시그룹 또는 3내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 있는 저급알케닐옥시 그룹이고;
  11. R3는 수소원자, 아르알킬옥시그룹, 1내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 있는 저급알콕시그룹 또는 3내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 있는 저급알케닐옥시 그룹이고;
  12. R4는 수소원자 또는 1내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 있는 저급알콕시그룹인데, R3와 R4둘다가 수소원자일 경우에 R2′는 1내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 있는 저급알콕시 그룹 이외의 그룹을 나타낸다.)

  17. R7는 수소원자, 히드록실그룹 또는 1내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 있는 저급알콕시그룹인데, R5, R6및 R7중 적어도 한개는 히드록실그룹이다.)
