도 4는 제 2 실시형태의 부실 가스 공급 장치를 구비한 가스 엔진의 부실 주변의 단면도,
도 5는 가스 엔진에 있어서의 급·배기 밸브의 개폐 타이밍과 통내 압력의 관계를 도시한 도면,
도 6은 부실 전자 밸브의 밸브 개방 속도와, 공급되는 연료 가스의 양의 관계를 설명하기 위한 도면.
Claims (4)
- 피스톤과 실린더 헤드 사이에 획정되는 주실과, 상기 주실과 분사 구멍을 거쳐서 연통되는 부실과, 상기 부실에 연료 가스를 공급하는 부실 가스 공급로를 구비하며,
상기 부실 가스 공급로는 전자 밸브를 거쳐서 연료 가스 공급원과 접속되어 있고, 상기 전자 밸브가 개방되면, 전자 밸브의 개방 시간에 따른 양의 연료 가스가 상기 연료 가스 공급원으로부터 부실 가스 공급로를 통해서 부실로 공급되도록 구성된 가스 엔진의 부실 가스 공급 장치에 있어서,
상기 부실 가스 공급로에 스로틀부를 형성하고, 상기 부실 가스 공급로에 스로틀부가 형성되어 있지 않은 경우와 비교하여 상기 부실에 소정량의 연료 가스를 공급하는데 필요한 상기 전자 밸브의 개방 시간을 길게 함으로써 상기 부실에 공급되는 연료 가스의 단위 시간당의 공급량이 감소하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는
가스 엔진의 부실 가스 공급 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 스로틀부가 상기 부실 가스 공급로에 형성된 오리피스인 것을 특징으로 하는
가스 엔진의 부실 가스 공급 장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 스로틀부가 부실 가스 공급로에 설치된 역지 밸브를 포함하고, 상기 역지 밸브의 유량 계수가 0.05 내지 0.3의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는
가스 엔진의 부실 가스 공급 장치. - 피스톤과 실린더 헤드 사이에 획정되는 주실과, 상기 주실과 분사 구멍을 거쳐서 연통되는 부실과, 상기 부실에 연료 가스를 공급하는 부실 가스 공급로를 구비하며,
상기 부실 가스 공급로는 전자 밸브를 거쳐서 연료 가스 공급원과 접속되어 있고, 상기 전자 밸브가 개방되면, 전자 밸브의 개방 시간에 따른 양의 연료 가스가 상기 연료 가스 공급원으로부터 부실 가스 공급로를 통해서 부실에 공급되도록 구성된 가스 엔진의 부실 가스 공급 장치를 복수 준비하고,
상기 복수의 가스 엔진의 부실 가스 공급 장치 각각의 상기 부실 가스 공급로에 스로틀부를 형성하고, 상기 부실 가스 공급로에 스로틀부가 형성되어 있지 않은 경우와 비교하여 상기 부실에 소정량의 연료 가스를 공급하는데 필요한 상기 전자 밸브의 개방 시간을 길게 함으로써 상기 부실에 공급되는 연료 가스의 단위 시간당의 공급량을 감소시키고, 이것에 의해 상기 복수의 가스 엔진의 부실 가스 공급 장치 사이에 있어서의 연료 가스 공급량의 편차를 억제하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는
