Abstract
本实用新型涉及具备混合型喷嘴的用于柴油发动机与燃气发动机的双重燃料喷射阀装置,其目的在于提供具备混合型喷嘴的用于柴油发动机与燃气发动机的双重燃料喷射阀装置,在一个燃料喷射阀内,根据弹簧的张力及燃料的压力,分别喷射两种相互不同的燃料。本实用新型涉及用于柴油发动机与燃气发动机的将燃料向气缸进行喷射的燃料喷射阀装置,根据流入到燃料阀内的两种燃料的压力及针弹簧的张力,在一个燃料喷射阀内,使两种燃料分别通过喷孔不相互混合地依次进行喷射。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及具备混合型喷嘴的用于柴油发动机与燃气发动机的双重燃料喷射阀装置,是涉及根据燃料的压力及弹簧的张力,在一个阀中分别喷射两种燃料的具备混合型喷嘴的用于柴油发动机与燃气发动机的双重燃料喷射阀装置。
背景技术
通常,以往的柴油发动机具有一个针阀和弹簧,当进入的燃料压力大于开放压力(Opening pressure)则打开、小于开放压力(Opening pressure)则关闭。由此,当在燃料泵中形成的高压燃料进入燃料阀时,在燃料阀内形成高于开放压力的压力后,通过燃料流的压力克服弹簧按压针阀的力,抬起针阀,通过位于喷嘴末端的多个喷孔,使燃料向汽缸内喷射。如上所述的方法是由所有喷孔根据既定的一个开放压力而开放的一种机制构成,因此,在开放压力形成后,即使有更高的压力进入燃料阀,也只是通过既定个数的喷孔持续喷射。燃气发动机的情况为利用两个燃料喷射阀,将一个用作引燃阀、另一个用作气体主路的阀,从而具备两个阀或两个针筒并使用,因此为了阀的两种燃料供给通路,需要设置符合两个阀的燃料管路,因此会需要用于调整时机(Timing)的两个调节器、连接装置等。
查看以往燃料阀的代表性形态的Wartsila-Sulzer方式、MAN-B&W方式和重型发动机的情况,就Wartsila-Sulzer方式而言,在超过开阀压力但未形成更高压时,燃料不是通过加工在喷嘴上的多个喷孔向汽缸内喷雾,而是采取燃料流入汽缸的形态。而且,即使在燃料喷射全部结束后,由于关闭的针阀与喷孔之间的空间(SAC volume)大,残留在该空间中的残余燃料会流入汽缸,而引起上述所提到的问题。
此外,就MAN-B&W方式而言,虽然为减小SAC volume而采用了滑动方式的针阀,但对于超过开阀压力的压力,存在无法灵活地应对的局限。 即,SAC volume虽然被固定,但在结束实际喷射后的SAC volume为低压针阀与喷嘴之间的空间,因此,可以最小化SAC volume。双重燃料形态的燃料喷射阀,是通过两个气缸来运行,因此需要两个调节器与两个连接器。
实用新型内容
(要解决的技术问题)
本实用新型是为了解决如上所述的问题而创出的,其目的在于提供具备混合型喷嘴的用于柴油发动机与燃气发动机的双重燃料喷射阀装置,根据流入到燃料阀内的两种燃料的压力及针弹簧的张力,在一个阀中,使两种燃料分别通过喷孔依次进行喷射。
本实用新型的其他目的在于提供具备混合型喷嘴的用于柴油发动机与燃气发动机的双重燃料喷射阀装置,可以在一(One)个喷油器内的一个喷嘴中喷射双重燃料,即,如HFO、MDO的用于柴油发动机的燃料与使用天然气的气体燃料,在使用相同系列的燃料系统时,即,将HFO作为主燃料,将MDO用作引燃燃料时,也可以有效地进行喷射,特别是,在使用双重燃料时,可以使用MDO来点火,并主要利用气体来进行喷射。

本实用新型涉及在柴油发动机或燃气发动机中,向气缸喷射燃料的燃料喷射装置,包括:
燃料阀块,与供给燃料的燃料管相连接来接收供给的燃料,并具备有主燃料通路及引燃燃料通路来使供给的燃料进行流动;
混合型喷嘴,结合于喷嘴座,并使其位于所述燃料阀块的下部,分别具备有主喷孔及引燃喷孔,所述主喷孔与主燃料通路相连接来喷射主燃料,所述引燃喷孔与引燃燃料通路相连接来喷射引燃燃料;
引燃针阀,设置于所述混合型喷嘴的内部,具备有引燃连接孔及主燃料连接孔,所述引燃连接孔根据引燃压力,向引燃喷孔供给引燃燃料,所述主燃料连接孔根据主燃料压力,向主喷孔供给主燃料;
主针阀,设置于所述引燃针阀的内部,在引燃燃料喷射之后,根据主喷射压力,向主喷孔供给主燃料;
针弹簧,通过弹簧支架连接于所述主针阀,并具备有用于喷射的弹性力。
(实用新型的效果)
如上所述,本实用新型,在使用双重燃料的发动机中,无需独立的两个燃料喷射装置,仅仅在一个阀中,通过内部装置来依次喷射两种燃料来防止其混合并喷射到燃烧室内进行燃烧,从而通过利用两种燃料的燃烧模式,即,MDO+HFO效果与MDO+Gas燃料的效果来减少燃烧室内的有害气体(Smoke,Nox),并改善耗油比。
此外,本实用新型,在根据大型船舶用发动机、重型发动机及燃气发动机中的燃料泵或气体管路中排出的燃料的压力与弹簧张力,来向气缸喷射燃料的燃料喷射阀内,通过一个阀、一个管路来喷射两种燃料,由此可以适用于适用双重燃料的发动机中,且针的位置连接至喷嘴底部,可以最小化通过第一次、第二次喷射的SAC Volume,从而表现出更好的燃烧性能与更好的耗油比。
此外,本实用新型,可以利用进入到燃料阀中的两种燃料,在初期喷射时进行预热与引燃喷射,之后,喷射主燃料并使用燃烧性能依次的双重燃料来提升燃烧性能。
此外,本实用新型,相比于以往的方法,可以更简单地在气缸轴中调整针,因此在燃烧室内部只需要一个组装空间,由此具有使燃烧室内部可以简单地构成并进行组装的效果。

具体实施方式
本实用新型涉及在柴油机关或燃气发动机中,向气缸喷射燃料的燃料喷射装置,无需独立的两个燃料喷射装置,仅仅利用一个阀中的一个气缸轴中的一个弹簧,并根据两种燃料的压力差与两种燃料的开放压力,交叉针与喷嘴来只喷射一种燃料,从而在燃烧时,一直喷射一种燃料。

燃料阀块(Fuel valve block)10,与供给燃料的燃料管相连接来接收供给的燃料,并具备有主燃料通路11及引燃燃料通路12来使供给的燃料进行流动;

所述主针阀50,设置于混合型喷嘴30内部,通过弹簧支架61来接收针弹簧60的弹性力。
所述针弹簧60,设置于燃料阀块10内,并位于张力调整螺栓62与弹簧支架61之间。即,所述针弹簧通过一个气缸轴,并根据张力调整螺栓来调整压力。此时,未说明符号63为张力调整螺母(Pressure Nut)。
如上所述构成的本实用新型,根据引燃燃料压力移动引燃针阀40,从而通过引燃流路管34、引燃连接孔42及引燃喷孔31,向气缸内部喷射引燃燃料;
引燃燃料的燃料喷射之后,根据主燃料压力移动引燃针阀40,从而通过主流路管33、主燃料连接孔41及主喷孔31,向气缸内部喷射主燃料。
如上所述,本实用新型,即使在燃料同时通过主燃料通路与引燃连接通路施加压力,也可以通过作为内部装置的主针阀及引燃针阀来的压力差来使两种燃料不混合,并通过分别的喷孔依次喷射一种燃料。
以下,对本实用新型的运行进行详细地说明。对于本实用新型的说明,当判断认为众所周知的功能或对构成的具体说明可能会混淆本实用新型要旨时,将省略其详细说明。
首先,如图2(a)和图2(b)所示,通过主燃料通路11与引燃燃料通路12,将燃料压待机至针阀40、50。即,如图2(a)和图2(b)所示,在开始喷射燃料之前,在两种燃料泵中通过高压管相连接,从而流入燃料阀的燃料会充满燃料阀的流路内,但是其压力因为无法克服针弹簧60的弹性而无法向外排出,而提升压力并待机。此时,主喷孔31及引燃喷孔32处于关闭(Closing)状态而处于喷射待机形态。
此外,图3(a)和图3(b)与图4(a)和图4(b)是依次瞬间形成的喷射形态,但是为了本实用新型的核心内容,会分离图3(a)和图3(b)及图4(a)和图4(b)进行说明。
图3(a)和图3(b)是图示通过引燃喷孔32喷射(Injecting)及主喷孔31处于关闭(Closing)形态的图,使从引燃燃料通路12进入的燃料的压力作用为大于主燃料的压力,从而推起引燃针阀40与主针阀50,使主燃料的通路(主燃料连接孔及主喷孔)关闭的同时,引燃燃料通过引燃针阀40的引燃连接孔42流入到喷嘴底部,并通过引燃喷孔32进行第一次燃料喷射。
即,此时,从引燃燃料泵中过来的引燃燃料的压力处于比主燃料中过 来的压力更大的状态,由此通过同时推动引燃针阀40与主针阀50来使引燃燃料通过引燃喷孔进行喷射。
此外,图4(a)和4(b)是图示引燃喷孔32关闭(Closing)及主喷孔31处于喷射(Injecting)形态的图,如图3(a)和图3(b),在引燃喷射结束的同时,在引燃压力下降的时间点,即,引燃燃料的压力下降到主燃料压力以下的时间点,引燃针阀40会根据主燃料的压力而下降,此时,位于主燃料空间内的主燃料会通过主针阀50与引燃针阀40间的开放(主针阀与引燃针阀之间的空间),流入到主连接孔41,并通过主喷孔31进行第二次燃料喷射。
即,喷射引燃燃料而使压力下降的同时,会在引燃针阀与主针阀内形成空间,从而通过其缝隙流入主燃料,并通过主喷孔进行喷射。
如上所述,本实用新型,通过一个阀来使用两种燃料,向作为本实用新型的核心的一个阀、一个气缸轴引入一种燃料,并利用针阀的压力差,依次喷射两种燃料。
此外,本实用新型中所述的普通的柴油发动机中的引燃燃料是指具有好的燃烧喷雾的MDO,主燃料可以为HFO燃料。此外,在燃气发动机的情况下,引燃燃料喷射时也使用如MDO的燃料来进行点火,主燃料可以是指LNG或通常的用于燃气发动机的气体。
本实用新型并不限定于上述特定的优选实施例,在不脱离权利要求书请求的本实用新型要旨的情况下,所属技术领域的技术人员可进行多种变形实施,这种变更也在技术范围记载的范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一种具备混合型喷嘴的用于柴油发动机与燃气发动机的双重燃料喷射阀装置,根据流入到燃料阀内的两种燃料的压力及针弹簧的张力,在一个阀中,使两种燃料分别通过喷孔依次进行喷射,包括:
燃料阀块,与供给燃料的燃料管相连接来接收供给的燃料,并具备有主燃料通路及引燃燃料通路来使供给的燃料进行流动;
混合型喷嘴,结合于喷嘴座,并使其位于所述燃料阀块的下部,分别具备有主喷孔及引燃喷孔,所述主喷孔与主燃料通路相连接来喷射主燃料,所述引燃喷孔与引燃燃料通路相连接来喷射引燃燃料;
引燃针阀,设置于所述混合型喷嘴的内部,具备有引燃连接孔及主燃料连接孔,所述引燃连接孔根据引燃压力,向引燃喷孔供给引燃燃料,所述主燃料连接孔根据主燃料压力,向主喷孔供给主燃料;
主针阀,设置于所述引燃针阀的内部,在引燃燃料喷射之后,根据主喷射压力,向主喷孔供给主燃料;
针弹簧,通过弹簧支架连接于所述主针阀,并具备有用于喷射的弹性力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具备混合型喷嘴的用于柴油发动机与燃气发动机的双重燃料喷射阀装置,其特征在于,所述混合型喷嘴包括:
主燃料管,一侧与主燃料通路相连接,另一侧向主燃料空间连接;引燃流路管,一侧与引燃燃料通路相连接,另一侧向引燃燃料空间连接;主喷孔,位于所述引燃流路管下部,并向气缸内喷射主燃料;引燃喷孔,位于所述主喷孔的下部,并向气缸内喷射引燃燃料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具备混合型喷嘴的用于柴油发动机与燃气发动机的双重燃料喷射阀装置,其特征在于,所述引燃针阀包括:
主孔,主针阀位于所述主孔的内部中央;主燃料流入孔,与所述主孔相联通;主连接孔,与所述主燃料流入孔相联通,并向主喷孔供给主燃料;引燃连接孔,与引燃连接通路相连接,并向引燃喷孔供给引燃燃料。
