Abstract
本発明による二重燃料噴射バルブ装置は、燃料噴射バルブに流入する2種類の燃料の圧力及びニードルバネの弾性力によって、1つのバルブで2種類の燃料がそれぞれのノズル孔を通じて順次に噴射される。

Claims (4)
- ディーゼルエンジン及びガスエンジンのシリンダーに燃料を噴射する燃料噴射バルブ装置であって、
燃料噴射バルブに流入する2種類の燃料の圧力及びニードルバネの弾性力によって、1つのバルブで2種類の燃料がそれぞれのノズル孔を通じて順次に噴射される
ことを特徴とするディーゼルエンジン及びガスエンジンのためのハイブリッド型ノズルを備える二重燃料噴射バルブ装置。 - 前記燃料噴射バルブ装置は、
燃料が供給される燃料管と連結されており、供給された燃料が流動するメイン燃料通路及びパイロット燃料通路が形成された燃料噴射バルブブロックと、
前記燃料噴射バルブブロックの下部に位置するようにノズルホルダーを介して結合されており、前記メイン燃料通路と連結され、メイン燃料を噴射するメインノズル孔及び前記パイロット燃料通路と連結され、パイロット燃料を噴射するパイロットノズル孔を有するハイブリッドノズルと、
前記ハイブリッドノズルの内部に位置するように設けられており、パイロット燃料の圧力によってパイロットノズル孔にパイロット燃料を供給するパイロット連通孔及びメイン燃料の圧力によってメインノズル孔を通じてメイン燃料を供給するためのメイン連通孔を有するパイロットニードルバルブと、
前記パイロットニードルバルブの内部に位置するように設けられ、パイロット燃料の噴射後、メイン燃料の噴射圧力によってメインノズル孔を通じてメイン燃料を噴射するメインニードルバルブと、
前記メインニードルバルブにバネ支持部を介して連結され、噴射に使われる弾性力を有するニードルバネと、を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディーゼルエンジン及びガスエンジンのためのハイブリッド型ノズルを備える二重燃料噴射バルブ装置。 - 前記ハイブリッドノズルは、
一方側がメイン燃料通路と連結され、他方側がメイン燃料空間に連結されるメイン流路管と、
一方側がパイロット燃料通路と連結され、他方側がパイロット燃料空間に連結されるパイロット流路管と、
前記パイロット流路管の下部に配置され、メイン燃料をシリンダー内に噴射するメインノズル孔と、
前記メインノズル孔の下部に配置され、パイロット燃料をシリンダー内に噴射するパイロットノズル孔と、を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のディーゼルエンジン及びガスエンジンのためのハイブリッド型ノズルを備える二重燃料噴射バルブ装置。 - 前記パイロットニードルバルブは、
内部の中央にメインニードルバルブが配置されるメインホールと、
前記メインホールと連通するメイン燃料流入孔と、
前記メイン燃料流入孔と連通し、前記メインノズル孔にメイン燃料を供給するためのメイン連通孔と、
前記パイロット連通孔と連通し、前記パイロットノズル孔にパイロット燃料を供給するためのパイルロット連通孔と、を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のディーゼルエンジン及びガスエンジンのためのハイブリッド型ノズルを備える二重燃料噴射バルブ装置。
