Abstract

Claims (5)
- − ボディ、
− 第1の燃料ギャラリ及び第2の燃料ギャラリ、
− 第1の燃料噴射ノズル及び第2の燃料噴射ノズル、
− 前記第1の燃料ギャラリと前記第1の燃料噴射ノズルとの間の流れ連通を開閉するための第1のインジェクタニードル、
− 前記第2の燃料ギャラリと前記第2の燃料噴射ノズルとの間の流れ連通を開閉するための第2のインジェクタニードル、
− 少なくとも、内燃機関用燃料噴射ユニットの燃料入口から前記第1の燃料ギャラリへの燃料の流れが許容され且つ前記燃料入口から前記第2の燃料ギャラリへの燃料の流れが防げられる第1の位置、及び前記燃料入口から前記第2の燃料ギャラリへの燃料の流れが許容され且つ前記燃料入口から前記第1の燃料ギャラリへの燃料の流れが防げられる第2の位置を取るバルブ部材を有する制御バルブ、
を有する、内燃機関用燃料噴射ユニットであって、
前記燃料噴射ユニットは、前記制御バルブの前記バルブ部材を作動させるための空圧式アクチュエータを有し、
前記制御バルブは前記燃料噴射ユニットに組み込まれ、
前記制御バルブは、前記第1の位置に向かって前記バルブ部材を押すスプリングを有し、
前記アクチュエータ、前記バルブ部材、前記第1のインジェクタニードル、及び前記第2のインジェクタニードルのそれぞれの動作方向が、前記ボディの長手方向に沿うように、前記アクチュエータ、前記制御バルブ、前記第1のインジェクタニードル、及び前記第2のインジェクタニードルが前記燃料噴射ユニット内に配置される、
燃料噴射ユニット。 - 前記第2のインジェクタニードルを通り越える流路面積は、前記第1のインジェクタニードルを通り越える流路面積より小さい、
請求項1に記載の燃料噴射ユニット。 - 前記バルブ部材は、前記燃料入口から前記第1及び前記第2の燃料ギャラリ両方への燃料の流れが許容される、第3位置を取る、
請求項1又は2に記載の燃料噴射ユニット。 - 内燃機関の各シリンダのための燃料噴射ポンプ及び燃料噴射ユニット、前記燃料噴射ポンプを前記燃料噴射ユニットに接続するための手段、並びに前記燃料噴射ユニットの動作を制御するための制御バルブを有する、内燃機関用燃料噴射システムであって、
前記燃料噴射ユニットは:
− ボディ、
− 第1の燃料ギャラリ及び第2の燃料ギャラリ、
− 第1の燃料噴射ノズル及び第2の燃料噴射ノズル、
− 前記第1の燃料ギャラリと前記第1の燃料噴射ノズルとの間の流れ連通を開閉するための第1のインジェクタニードル、及び
− 前記第2の燃料ギャラリと前記第2の燃料噴射ノズルとの間の流れ連通を開閉するための第2のインジェクタニードル、を有し、
前記制御バルブは、少なくとも、前記制御バルブの吸入ポートから前記第1の燃料ギャラリへの燃料の流れが許容され且つ前記吸入ポートから前記第2の燃料ギャラリへの燃料の流れが防げられる第1の位置、及び前記吸入ポートから前記第2の燃料ギャラリへの燃料の流れが許容され且つ前記吸入ポートから前記第1の燃料ギャラリへの燃料の流れが防げられる第2の位置を取るバルブ部材を有する、
前記燃料噴射システムにおいて、
前記システムは、前記制御バルブの前記バルブ部材を作動させるための空圧式アクチュエータを有し、
前記制御バルブは、前記燃料噴射ユニットに組み込まれ、
前記制御バルブは、前記第1の位置に向かって前記バルブ部材を押すスプリングを有し、
前記アクチュエータ、前記バルブ部材、前記第1のインジェクタニードル、及び前記第2のインジェクタニードルのそれぞれの動作方向が、前記ボディの長手方向に沿うように、前記アクチュエータ、前記制御バルブ、前記第1のインジェクタニードル、及び前記第2のインジェクタニードルが前記燃料噴射ユニット内に配置される、
燃料噴射システム。 - 前記バルブ部材は、前記吸入ポートから前記第1及び前記第2の燃料ギャラリ両方への燃料の流れが許容される、第3位置を取る、
