Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料喷射器。
背景技术
柴油共轨系统包括燃料喷射器或者说其零部件在工作时遭受大的压力负荷。压力的大小大约相应于在发动机中要达到的喷射压力。这些喷射压力越高,发动机特性(功率/燃油消耗率/噪声/排放)越好。在过去及将来都致力于尽可能地提高该压力。不过,已有的构造在其几何结构设计中受到限制。
在已知的燃料喷射器中,泄漏通过一个泄漏油-反馈通路被从保持体中导走,该泄漏油-反馈通路延伸在该保持体中并且通入到该保持体的一个单独的低压侧的腔室中。
发明内容
按本发明的用于内燃机的燃料喷射器具有:一在一喷嘴体中可轴向上移动地被导向的喷嘴针,该喷嘴针释放或关闭至少一个用于燃料喷射的喷射孔;一在一保持体中可轴向上移动地被导向的阀活塞,该阀活塞控制所述喷嘴针的打开运动及关闭运动;一阀件,在该阀件中所述阀活塞形成一与一高压侧连接的控制室的边界,该控制室通过一控制阀与一低压侧连接;一泄漏油-反馈通路,该泄漏油-反馈通路将泄漏油从所述保持体的区域中导出,其中,该泄漏油-反馈通路至少部分地在所述阀件中延伸。
按本发明的用于内燃机的燃料喷射器有利于压力提高、成本降低及质量改善。通过本发明可取消在保持体上强度降低的制造方法。消除了泄漏油凹槽/泄漏油槽的切削区域中的由现有的构造引起的毛刺。由此取消了那里的去毛刺工序,及总地取消了多个工序。壁厚问题也得到了解决,使得可以使用例如更长及更耐用的阀夹紧螺钉(更多承载螺纹线)来夹紧保持体,这又允许压力提高。通过本发明可以实现具有更高工作压力的燃料喷射器,或者至少更接近这一目标。通过按本发明的设计简化了燃料喷射器的结构,减少了加工步骤的数目。此外,可以实现保持体的强度升高和燃料喷射器的压力提高。

具体实施方式
图1所示的燃料喷射器1设置在燃料的被加载以高压的喷射通路2上,并伸入待供油的内燃机的燃烧室中。
一个具有锥形阀密封面6的活塞状的阀元件(喷嘴针)5可移动地支承在喷嘴体4的一个轴向上的导向孔3中,该阀密封面通过一闭合弹簧7被压靠在喷嘴体4的一锥形阀座面8上并且关闭设置在那里的一些喷射孔9。喷射通路2在喷嘴体4中通入一环形压力室10中,一延伸在导向孔3与喷嘴针5之间的环形间隙从该压力室一直延伸至阀座面8。喷嘴针5在压力室10的区域中具有一构造成压力肩的控制面11,通过喷射通路2输入的燃料为了喷嘴针5的打开而作用在该控制面上。
喷嘴针5的打开运动和关闭运动通过一阀活塞12来控制,该阀活塞在一保持体14的一导向孔13中可移动地被导向,并以其一端部在轴向上作用在喷嘴针5的远离阀密封面6的端面上。如图2所示,在另一端,阀活塞12借助一在阀件16中在关闭方向上起作用的控制面15形成一控制室17的边界,该控制室通过一个Z-节流阀18与喷射通路2连接。一A-节流阀19由控制室17通出,该A-节流阀可通过一个例如构造成二位二通的电磁阀的控制阀20(阀关闭元件21)与一低压侧的减压控制室(Absteuerraum)22连接。为了将泄漏油从保持体14的区域中导出,在阀件16中设置有一个轴向通孔形式的泄漏油-反馈通路23,该泄漏油-反馈通路从保持体14的承受低压的导向孔13中通出并且一直延伸到控制室22中。保持体14可以以更大的壁厚来制造,使得可以使用例如更长及更稳固的阀夹紧螺钉24(更多承载螺纹线)来夹紧阀件16,这又允许压力提高。
这样来设计控制面11、15及闭合弹簧7,使得在控制阀20关闭后,也就是说在压力室10与控制室17中的压力相等时,喷嘴针5关闭这些喷射孔9。Z-节流阀18比A-节流阀19小,从而通过控制阀20的打开,使得控制室17中的压力通过减压控制室22下降,并且压力室10中的压力现在足以使得喷嘴针5抵抗闭合弹簧7的作用而打开。
图3所示的构造与图2所示的构造的不同之处仅在于:在图3中,泄漏油-反馈通路23’不是直接通入减压控制室22中,而是在相同的液压工作原理的情况下,在侧面通入阀件16的一外表面25中并从该外表面处被向上引导至低压侧。
Claims (5)
1.用于内燃机的燃料喷射器(1),具有:
一在一喷嘴体(4)中可轴向上移动地被导向的喷嘴针(5),该喷嘴针释放或关闭至少一个用于燃料喷射的喷射孔(9);
一在一保持体(14)中可轴向上移动地被导向的阀活塞(12),该阀活塞控制所述喷嘴针(5)的打开运动及关闭运动;
一阀件(16),在该阀件中所述阀活塞(12)形成一与一高压侧(2)连接的控制室(17)的边界,该控制室通过一控制阀(20)与一低压侧(22)连接;
一泄漏油-反馈通路(23;23’),该泄漏油-反馈通路将泄漏油从所述保持体(14)的区域中导出,
其特征在于:该泄漏油-反馈通路(23;23’)至少部分地在所述阀件(16)中延伸。
2.根据权利要求1的燃料喷射器,其特征在于:所述泄漏油-反馈通路(23)通入通过所述控制阀(20)与所述控制室(17)连接的所述低压侧的减压控制室(22)中。
3.根据权利要求1或2的燃料喷射器,其特征在于:所述泄漏油-反馈通路(23)通过单一一个通孔构成。
4.根据权利要求1或2的燃料喷射器,其特征在于:所述泄漏油-反馈通路(23)仅在所述阀件(16)中延伸。
5.根据权利要求1或2的燃料喷射器,其特征在于:所述泄漏油-反馈通路(23’)在侧向上通入所述阀件(16)的一外表面(25)中并且从该外表面处被引导至所述低压侧。
