Abstract
Description
液圧式の連結室は、逆の側では有利には弁ピストンの第1の端面によって画成されている。液圧式の連結室は、運転時の温度変動に起因するピエゾアクチュエータの体積膨張を補償するために用いられている。さらに液圧式の連結室は、ピエゾアクチュエータと弁ピストンとの間の力・行程変換伝達のために用いられている。
Claims (10)
- 内燃機関の燃焼室(14)に燃料を噴射するための燃料インジェクター(1)であって、インジェクターケーシング(6,7,31,32,39,40)を含んでおり、該インジェクターケーシングは燃料高圧源(2)から延びる燃料供給管路(3,4)を有していて、かつ圧力室(15)に接続するようになっており、さらに燃焼室(14)内への燃料の噴射のための3/2形方向制御弁を含んでおり、該3/2形方向制御弁は弁ピストン(34)を有しており、該弁ピストンは静止位置と噴射位置との間で軸線方向に往復動するようになっていて、かつ連結室(49)に隣接する第1の端面(50)でもってピエゾアクチュエータと液圧式に連結されていて該ピエゾアクチュエータによって作動されるようになっている形式のものにおいて、前記3/2形方向制御弁は弁部材として球体(35)を含んでおり、該球体(35)は前記弁ピストン(34)の第2の端面(51)に接触していて、静止位置では第1のシール縁(36)に向けて移動させられており、かつ噴射位置では第2のシール縁(37)に向けて移動させられており、圧力の釣り合った状態での切り換えのために、前記弁ピストン(34)の第2の端面(51)と、前記球体(35)の、該弁ピストン(34)の第2の端面と逆の側で前記第2のシール縁(37)によって画定された部分面とは、燃料高圧源(2)からの圧力の作用を受ける互いにほぼ同じ大きさの面積を有していることを特徴とする燃料インジェクター。
- 弁ピストン(34)の直径と第1のシール縁(36)の直径とは、球体(35)が静止位置ではわずかな接触力で前記第1のシール縁(36)に圧着されている直径比を有している請求項1に記載の燃料インジェクター。
- 球体(35)は、弁制御室(30)内に受容されており、両方のシール縁(36,37)は前記弁制御室(30)の画成部に形成されている請求項1に記載の燃料インジェクター。
- 球体(35)は、弁制御室(30)内に無案内で受容されていて、両方の各シール縁(36,37)との密接な座着によって位置決めされるようになっている請求項3に記載の燃料インジェクター。
- 弁制御室(30)は半径方向対称の内周輪郭を有しており、これによって球体(35)は、両方の各シール縁(36,37)に対して環状にシール接触するようになっている請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料インジェクター。
- 弁制御室(30)は、球体(35)が静止位置で第1のシール縁(36)に座着している場合に、燃料高圧源(20)から到来する圧力で負荷されるようになっているのに対して、前記弁制御室(30)は、前記球体(35)が噴射位置で第2のシール縁(37)に座着している場合に、戻し通路(38)を介して放圧されるようになっている請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料インジェクター。
- 弁ピストン(34)の直径は第1のシール縁(36)の直径よりも小さくなっており、及び/又は第2のシール縁(37)の直径は前記弁ピストン(34)の直径よりも小さくなっている請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料インジェクター。
- 球体(35)は金属材料又はセラミック材料から成っており、及び/又は規格化された転がり部材として形成されている請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料インジェクター。
- 弁ピストン(34)は、円柱状の部材として形成されている請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の燃料インジェクター。
- 燃料インジェクターは、燃料高圧源(2)の圧力で負荷された液圧式の連結室(49)を含んでおり、該連結室を介してピエゾアクチュエータ(3)は弁ピストン(34)の第1の端面(50)に液圧式に連結されている請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の燃料インジェクター。
