도 2는 본 발명의 제1 실시 형태에 관한 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 부극의 집전체, 부극 활물질 및 도전성 재료의 위치 관계를 도시하는 확대 단면 개략도이다.

Claims (10)
- 복수의 구멍을 갖는 도전성 기재와, 리튬 이온을 흡장·방출 가능한 부극 활물질을 포함하는 부극 활물질층과, 상기 도전성 기재보다 탄성률이 낮은 도전 부재를 구비하고,
상기 도전 부재는 도전성 섬유의 형태이며,
부극 활물질의 적어도 일부가 도전 부재에 의해 도전성 기재의 표면에 접속되면서, 상기 부극 활물질이 도전 부재를 거쳐 구멍 내에 보유 지지되도록, 상기 부극 활물질과 도전 부재가 구멍 내에 충전되는, 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 부극. - 제1항에 있어서, 도전성 기재와 도전 부재가 직접 접촉하는, 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 부극.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 기재는 집전체인, 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 부극.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 섬유는 바인더와 혼합되어 도전층을 형성하는, 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 부극.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 섬유는 탄소 섬유인, 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 부극.
- 제4항에 있어서, 바인더는 폴리불화 비닐리덴, 카르복시 메틸 셀룰로오스, 폴리테트라 플루오로 에틸렌, 아크릴 수지, 스틸렌-부타디엔 고무로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종류인, 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 부극.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 섬유의 함유량이 부극 활물질의 전 질량에 대하여, 5 질량% 이상인, 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 부극.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부극 활물질이 리튬과 합금화하는 물질을 포함하는, 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 부극.
- 제1항에 기재된 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 부극을 구비한, 리튬 이온 2차 전지.
- 도전성 기재와, 리튬 이온을 흡장·방출 가능한 부극 활물질을 포함하는 부극 활물질층과, 도전성 기재보다 탄성률이 낮은 쇠사슬 형상 도전성 재료를 구비하고,
도전성 기재는 하나 이상의 구멍을 가지는 다공질 구조체이고,
상기 쇠사슬 형상 도전성 재료는 도전성 섬유이고,
부극 활물질의 적어도 일부가 쇠사슬 형상 도전성 재료에 의해 도전성 기재에 접속되면서, 상기 부극 활물질이 상기 쇠사슬 형상 도전성 재료를 거쳐 상기 하나 이상의 구멍 내에 보유 지지되도록, 상기 부극 활물질과 상기 쇠사슬 형상 도전성 재료가 상기 하나 이상의 구멍 내에 충전되는, 리튬 이온 2차 전지용 부극.
