Claims (35)
- 一つ又はそれ以上のガルバニ電池セル用の集電体製品であって、
前記集電体製品は、一つ又はそれ以上のリチウム又はナトリウム電池セル内に組み込まれるように適合され、そしてその上に電極材料を支えるために適合された少なくとも一つの支持部からなり、集電体製品と電極材料の間での電子の移動を可能にし、
前記支持部の少なくとも一部が、10重量パーセント未満の不純物又は合金成分を持った純鉄又は鉄合金で構成されることを特徴とする、上記集電体製品。 - 前記部分が、2重量パーセント未満の不純物又は合金成分を持った純鉄から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の集電体製品。
- 前記部分が、0.1重量パーセント未満の炭素を持った純鉄から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の集電体製品。
- 前記支持部が、50μm以下、好ましくは25μm以下の厚みを持った箔として成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は3の一項に記載の集電体製品。

の一つ又はそれ以上からなることを特徴とする、上記電池セル。 - 請求項11〜19の1項に記載のガルバニリチウム又はナトリウム電池セルであって、前記正極材料が:
− 層状酸化物LixM1O2(M1=Co、Ni、Mn)、又はスピネルLixMn2O4、ここでその両方の場合において、遷移元素の15パーセント未満のフラクションが、Al、Mg、又はLiによって置き換えることができ;LixNi0.5Mn1.5O4;燐酸塩LixM2PO4(M2=Fe、Mn)、ここで遷移元素の10パーセント未満のフラクションが、Mg、Na又はYによって置き換えられることができ;弗化燐酸塩Li1+xFePO4F又はLixFePO3F2;又は弗化硫酸塩LixFeSO4F、ここで全ての場合において、(0≦x≦1)であり;又はそれらの混合物;
の一つ又はそれ以上からなることを特徴とする、上記電池セル。 - 請求項11〜20の1項に記載のガルバニリチウム又はナトリウム電池セルであって、前記電解質が溶媒、液体、ゲル又はポリマー中に溶解された塩からなり、前記塩が:
− LiPF6、LiBF4、Li[CF3SO3]、Li[CF3BF3]、Li[C2F5BF3]、Li[C(CN)3]、Li[CF3COC(CN)2]、Li[CF3SO2C(CN)2]、2−トリフルオロメチル−4,5−ジシアノイミダゾール、2−トリフルオロエチル−4,5−ジシアノイミダゾール、Rf=F、CF3、C2F5、C4F9、又はC6F13を持ったLi[RfSO2NSO2Rf]、又はそれらの混合物;
の一つ又はそれ以上からなることを特徴とする、上記電池セル。 - 請求項21に記載のガルバニリチウム又はナトリウム電池セルであって、
前記電解質が、
− エチレンカーボネート及びプロピレンカーボネートなどの脂環式又は環状カーボネート;ジメチルホルムアミド、N−メチルピロリジノン、N−エチル−ピロリジノン、1,3−ジメチル−2−イミダゾリジノン、1,3−ジメチル−3,4,5,6−テトラヒドロ−2(1H)−ピリミジノン、ジメチル及びジエチルシアナミドを含むアミド及び尿素;ジメチルスルホキシド;ジメチルスルホン;γ−ブチロラクトン;
から選択される一つ又はそれ以上の有機カーボネートからなる溶媒からなり
及び更に
− ポリビニリデンフルオリド、そのヘキサフルオロプロペンとのコポリマー、ポリ(アルキル)アクリレート、ポリ(アルキル)メタクリレート、ポリアクリルニトリル;ポリ(エチレンオキシド)のような溶媒和ポリマー;−CH2CH2O−配列から成る繰り返し単位を60%より多く有するポリマー;又はその混合物;
から選択されるゲル化剤からなる、ことを特徴とする、上記電池セル。 - 請求項11〜22の1項に記載のガルバニリチウム又はナトリウム電池セルであって、
前記電解質が、相対的に負の電気化学的電極上で保護層を形成する添加剤からなり、ここで、前記添加剤は、ビニレンカーボネート、ビニルエチレンカーボネート、フルオロエチレンカーボネート、フルオロメチルエチレンカーボネート、ビス(トリフルオロエチル)カーボネート、及びその混合物から選択される、
ことからなることを特徴とする、上記電池セル。 - 前記ガルバニ電池セルがリチウムイオン電池セルであることを特徴とする、請求項11〜23の1項に記載のガルバニリチウム又はナトリウム電池セル。
- 一つ又はそれ以上のガルバニリチウム又はナトリウム電池セル用の集電体製品の生産方法であって、
前記集電体製品は、集電体と電極材料の間での電子の移動を可能にするために、その上に取り付けられた電極材料を有するように適合され、前記方法が:
− 10重量パーセント未満の不純物又は合金成分を持った純鉄又は鉄合金から、前記支持部の少なくとも一部を成形することによって、その上に電極材料を支えるための支持部からなる集電体製品を形成する
工程からなることを特徴とする、上記方法。 - 請求項25に記載の集電体製品の生産方法であって、
前記方法が:
− 鉄粉末から集電体製品を形成することからなり、ここで、前記方法が更に鉄粉末を鋳造すること、プレス加工すること及び/又は焼結することの工程の少なくとも一つからなることを特徴とする、上記方法。 - 請求項26に記載の集電体製品の生産方法であって、
前記方法が:
− 鉄粉末を不活性支持体上に鋳造することによって集電体製品を形成すること、
からなることを特徴とする、上記方法。 - 前記方法が更に、鉄粉末を支持体上にドクタブレードして、粉末の薄く均一な層を形成することからなることを特徴とする、請求項27に記載の集電体製品の生産方法。
- 前記方法が、圧延によって鉄粉末をプレス加工することからなることを特徴とする、請求項26〜28の1項に記載の集電体製品の生産方法。
- 請求項26〜29の1項に記載の集電体製品の生産方法であって、
前記方法が:
− −50℃と900℃の間の温度で鉄粉末を焼結することによって集電体製品を形成すること;
からなることを特徴とする、上記方法。 - 前記方法が、鉄粉末をレーザ光線で走査して鉄粉末を焼結することからなることを特徴とする、請求項26に記載の集電体製品の生産方法。
- 前記方法が、火炎又はプラズマプロセスによって集電体製品を形成することからなり、ここで鉄粉末は溶融されそして冷たい表面上に投射されることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の集電体製品の生産方法。
- 前記方法が、鉄塩を含有する液浴から電気化学メッキによって集電体製品を形成することからなることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の集電体製品の生産方法。
- 前記方法が、鉄箔を銅及び/又はアルミニウムの層で共積層することによって集電体製品を形成することからなることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の集電体製品の生産方法。
- 前記方法が、50μm以下の厚みを有する鉄の箔の形で集電体製品を形成することからなることを特徴とする、請求項25〜34の1項に記載の集電体製品の生産方法。
