Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 방사원액으로부터 방사된 응고사를 수세 단계에서 수세장력 및 수세온도를 조절함으로써 섬유내부에 존재하는 잔류용매를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있다.

Claims (2)
- 95wt% 이상의 아크릴로니트릴 및 5wt% 이하의 코모노머를 포함하는 폴리아크릴로니트릴 중합물을 이용하여 도프를 제조하고, 상기 도프를 습식 또는 건습식 방사하여 얻어진 아크릴 섬유를 수세하는 수세 단계를 포함하는 탄소섬유용 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 전구체 섬유의 제조방법으로서,
상기 코모노머는 메틸아크릴레이트, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 및 이타콘산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 2종 이상의 모노머를 포함하며,
상기 수세 단계의 수세온도가 10~80℃, 첫 단의 수세롤러의 회전속도에 대한 마지막 단의 수세롤러의 회전속도의 비가 0.99~1.1이며,
상기 수세 단계를 거친 섬유는 팽윤도가 50~300%, 잔류 용매의 양이 300~1000ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유용 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 전구체 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 전구체 섬유를 산소분위기에서 200~400℃ 내염화한 후, 불활성분위기에서 800~2000℃로 탄소화하여 얻어진 탄소섬유.
