Claims (7)
- 배출구를 가지며, 내부에 현상제가 수용되는 용기 본체와,회전축과, 상기 회전축에 지지된 가요성(可撓性)을 갖는 반송 부재 본체를 가지며, 상기 용기 본체 내에 배치되고, 상기 현상제를 상기 배출구에 반송하여 배출시키는 현상제 반송 부재와,상기 반송 부재 본체의 상기 배출구에 대응하는 위치에 형성되고, 상기 회전축의 회전에 따라, 상기 배출구에 진입하여 상기 용기 본체의 외측으로 돌출하는 막힘 방지 부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 현상제 보급 용기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 막힘 방지 부재의 자유 길이(free length)가, 상기 반송 부재 본체의 상기 막힘 방지 부재 이외의 부분의 자유 길이와는 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 현상제 보급 용기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 막힘 방지 부재의 자유 길이가, 상기 막힘 방지 부재와 인접하는 영역에서의 상기 반송 부재 본체의 부분의 자유 길이보다도 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 현상제 보급 용기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 막힘 방지 부재는 (i) 반송 부재 본체에 형성된 슬릿부 및 (ii) 슬릿부의 기단(基端)으로부터 반송 부재 본체의 측부까지 연장되는 가상선에 의해 획정되고,상기 배출구의 위치에서의 용기 본체 내벽으로부터 상기 회전축의 중심까지의 거리를 R로 하고, 상기 회전축의 중심으로부터 상기 슬릿부의 기단측 단부(端部)까지의 거리를 A로 하고, 상기 회전축의 중심으로부터 상기 막힘 방지 부재의 자유단측 단부까지의 거리를 r로 한 경우에, A≤R<r을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상제 보급 용기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,배출구의 회전축 회전 방향 상류단 에지(edge)로부터 배출구의 회전축 회전 방향 하류단 에지까지의 폭을 B로 하고, 상기 슬릿부의 기단측 단부로부터 상기 막힘 방지 부재의 자유단측 단부까지의 길이를 B'로 한 경우에, B'≥B를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상제 반송 용기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,성장 방지부가 상기 슬릿부의 기단에 형성되어 있고,그 성장 방지부는 현상제 반송 부재의 사용 중에 슬릿부가 성장하는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상제 반송 용기.
- 상(像) 유지체와,상기 상 유지체 표면의 잠상(潛像)을 가시상으로 현상하는 현상 장치와,상기 현상 장치에 보급되는 새로운 현상제가 수용된 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 및 제 5 항, 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 현상제 보급 용기와,상기 현상 장치에서 현상된 가시상을 매체에 전사하는 전사기와,상기 매체에 전사된 가시상을 정착시키는 정착기를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
