Claims (6)
- 시험관의 자동 마개 제거장치에 있어서,검체를 수용하는 시험관의 마개 제거위치를 갖는 마개 제거기와;마개가 끼워진 복수의 시험관을 일렬로 직립하여 유지하고 상기 시험관을 마개 제거위치로 탑재하는 시험관 랙과;마개 제거위치에 배치되어 상기 시험관 랙 내의 복수의 시험관을 클램핑하는 클램핑 기구와;마개 제거위치에 배치되고, 마개가 결합에 의해 동시에 지지되도록 시험관 랙에 유지된 복수의 시험관 중 일부로부터 마개를 제거하기 위해 상방향으로 이동하고 그리고 마개가 결합에 의해 동시에 지지되도록 나머지 시험관으로부터 마개를 제거하기 위해 상방향으로 이동하도록 구성된 마개 제거 유닛을 포함하며,상기 마개 제거 유닛은, 마개에 대해서 전진 및 후퇴하는 것이 가능하고 전진할 때 각 마개를 측방향으로 클램핑하는 한 쌍의 결합부재와, 상기 한 쌍의 결합부재를 상방향으로 교대로 이동시키면서 상기 결합부재를 상승시켜 각 시험관으로부터 마개를 제거하는 승강 기구와, 마개를 상기 결합부재로부터 분리하고 마개 제거 후에 결합부재가 마개로부터 후퇴할 때 마개를 나하하도록 안내하는 마개 안내부재를 구비하는시험관의 자동 마개 제거장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마개 제거 유닛은, 상기 시험관 랙에 유지된 5개의 시험관 중에, 2개의 대향측의 시험관과 중앙의 시험관을 포함하는 3개의 시험관의 마개를 제거한 후에, 나머지 2개의 시험관의 마개를 제거하도록 두 동작의 마개 제거를 수행하는시험관의 자동 마개 제거장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 클램핑 기구는, 시험관 랙의 시험관에 대해서 전진 및 후퇴하는 것이 가능한 셔터를 구비하고, 각 시험관을 클램핑하는 동작과 관련하여 전진하고 상기 셔터에 의해서 마개가 제거된 각 시험관의 개구를 폐쇄하도록 구성된시험관의 자동 마개 제거장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 클램핑 기구는 상기 마개 제거 유닛의 결합부재에 대응하여 제공되고, 그리고 특정 시험관의 마개가 제거될 때 상기 결합부재에 의해 지정된 시험관을 클램핑하도록 구성된시험관의 자동 마개 제거장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,각각의 상기 결합부재는, 각 시험관의 마개 내로 돌진하도록 된 바늘 핀을 포함하는시험관의 자동 마개 제거장치.
- 시험관의 자동 마개 제거장치에 있어서,검체를 수용하고 마개가 씌워진 개구를 각각 갖는 복수의 시험관을 일렬로 직립하여 유지하는 시험관 랙을 탑재하기 위한 시험관 랙 탑재 유닛과;상기 시험관 랙 탑재 유닛으로부터 탑재된 시험관 랙이 시험관의 정렬 방향으로 운반되는 랙 운반 경로와;상기 랙 운반 경로의 운반 코스에 제공되고, 상기 랙 운반 경로를 따라 운반되는 시험관 랙이 일시에 정지하도록 복수의 시험관의 각 몸체를 동시에 클램핑하는 클램핑 기구와;상기 클램핑 기구와 상호연결되고, 상기 클램핑 기구에 의해 클램핑된 복수의 시험관의 마개를 결합에 의해 동시에 지지하도록 상승하여 마개를 제거하는 마개 제거기구와;상기 마개 제거기구와 상호연결되고 제거된 마개를 낙하하도록 안내하는 마개 안내부재와;랙 운반 경로의 하역측에 배치되고 마개가 제거된 시험관을 유지한 시험관 랙이 축적되는 스토커 유닛을 포함하는시험관의 자동 마개 제거장치.
