Claims (9)
- 할당된 수용부(32c) 내에서 유닛(22), 특히 차량의 전자 슬립 조절식 브레이크 장치의 유압 유닛을 진동 댐핑식으로 현수하기 위한 장치(10)로서, 볼트 형태의 아마추어(12), 상기 아마추어(12)의 돌출 섹션에 배치된 슬리브 형태의 엘라스토머 부분(14), 및 상기 아마추어(12)에 배치된 클램핑 수단(16)을 포함하고, 상기 아마추어에 의해 유닛(22)에 장치(10)가 배치될 수 있고, 상기 아마추어는 부분적으로 상기 유닛(22)의 외부 치수를 지나 돌출하고, 상기 엘라스토머 부분은 그 외경이 감소된 중앙 섹션(14b) 및 상기 중앙 섹션(14b)의 양 측면에 배치된, 상기 중앙 섹션(14b)에 비해 확대된 외경을 가진 제 1 및 제 2 단부 섹션(14c, 14d)을 포함하고, 상기 클램핑 수단은 기본 위치에서 체결 위치로 전환될 수 있고, 체결 위치에서 상기 엘라스토머 부분(14)에 축방향 힘을 가할 수 있는, 유닛을 진동 댐핑식으로 현수하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 클램핑 수단(16)은 수동 조작에 의해 그 기본 위치에서 체결 위치로 전환될 수 있고, 상기 클램핑 수단(16)은 상기 아마추어(12) 상에서 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 안내되고, 상기 기본 위치 및 상기 체결 위치에서 상기 아마추어(12)와 록킹될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유닛을 진동 댐핑식으로 현수하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 장치(10)는 통합된, 수동으로 풀릴 수 있는 작동 방 지부(17)를 포함하고, 상기 작동 방지부는 상기 클램핑 수단(16)을 그 기본 위치에서 이동 불가능하게 상기 아마추어(12)에 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유닛을 진동 댐핑식으로 현수하기 위한 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 작동 방지부(17)는 상기 클램핑 수단(16)이 상기 아마추어(12)에 대해 회전 운동함으로써 풀릴 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유닛을 진동 댐핑식으로 현수하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 수단(16)은 축방향 슬릿(20a 내지 20d)을 가진 부시이고, 상기 아마추어(12)와 록킹될 수 있는 칼라(16a)와 상기 칼라(16a)에 형성된, 방사방향으로 돌출한 칼라(16b)를 포함하고, 상기 칼라(16b)는 상기 칼라를 향한, 상기 엘라스토머 부분(14)의 단부면을 적어도 부분적으로 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유닛을 진동 댐핑식으로 현수하기 위한 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 수단(16)의 상기 칼라(16a)는, 상기 클램핑 수단(16)의 기본 위치에서 상기 칼라(16a)가 상기 엘라스토머 부분(14)의 상기 중앙 섹션(14b) 전까지 이르고, 상기 클램핑 수단(16)의 체결 위치에서 상기 칼라(16b)가 상기 엘라스토머 부분(14)의 상기 중앙 섹션(14b)을 지나 상기 중공 챔버(18) 내로 연장되도록, 상기 아마추어(12)와 상기 엘라스토머 부분(14) 사이의 상기 중공 챔버(18)의 개구 내로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유닛을 진동 댐핑식으로 현수하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머 부분(14)은 상기 아마추어(12)에서 포지티브 결합(13)에 의해 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유닛을 진동 댐핑식으로 현수하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 수단(16)은 그 내부에 축방향으로 서로 이격되고 기본 위치 및 체결 위치에 할당된 리세스 또는 돌출부(16c, 16d)를 갖고, 상기 리세스 또는 돌출부는 상보적으로 형성된, 상기 아마추어(12)의 돌출부 또는 리세스(12e)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유닛을 진동 댐핑식으로 현수하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아마추어(12)의 제 1 아마추어 섹션(12a)은 상기 유닛(22)의 수용 보어(40) 내에 압입 되거나 또는 나사 결합 되거나, 또는 상기 아마추어(12)는 상기 유닛(22)과 코킹되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 댐핑식 유닛 현수 장치.
- 유닛(22), 특히 차량의 슬립 조절식 브레이크 장치의 유압 유닛으로서, 상기 유닛은 유닛(22)에 2개의 공간 방향으로 정렬되어 장착된 적어도 2개의 장치(10, 11a, 11b)에 의해 차량측에 고정된, 상기 장치(10, 11a, 11b)에 할당된 수용부(32a, 32b, 32c)를 가진 콘솔(30) 내에 지지되는 유닛에 있어서,상기 장치들 중 적어도 하나의 장치(10)는 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항의 특징에 따라 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유닛.
