Claims (10)
- 전극/다공성 필름 적층체 중의 부분 가교 접착제를 반응성 중합체 중의 미반응 작용기와 다작용성 화합물의 반응에 의해 추가로 가교시키고, 전극을 다공성 필름에 접착시켜 제조된 전극/다공성 필름 접합체로서;상기 전극/다공성 필름 적층체가,(i) 분자 내에 작용기를 갖는 반응성 중합체 및 (ii) 상기 반응성 중합체의 작용기와 가교될 수 있는 다작용성 화합물을 포함하는 가교성 접착제 조성물의 가교 반응에 의해 부분적으로 가교된, 겔 분율 5 내지 99% 범위의 부분 가교 접착제가 담지된 다공성 필름 기재를 포함하는, 전지 격리판용의 부분 가교 접착제가 담지된 다공성 필름, 및이에 적층되고 압착된 전극을 포함하는, 전극/다공성 필름 접합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반응성 중합체가 활성 수소 함유 작용기를 갖고, 상기 다작용성 화합물이 다작용성 이소시아네이트 화합물인 전극/다공성 필름 접합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반응성 중합체가 활성 수소 함유 작용기를 갖고, 상기 다작용성 화합물이 다작용성 에폭시 화합물인 전극/다공성 필름 접합체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,활성 수소 함유 작용기가 하이드록실기, 카복실기 또는 아미노기인 전극/다공성 필름 접합체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,활성 수소 함유 작용기가 하이드록실기, 카복실기 또는 아미노기인 전극/다공성 필름 접합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,부분 가교 접착제가 다공성 필름 기재 상에 5 내지 95% 범위의 담지율로 담지된 전극/다공성 필름 접합체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,반응성 중합체가 -30 내지 100℃의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 전극/다공성 필름 접합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,다공성 필름이 150℃에서 1시간 동안 가열시킨 후 20% 이하의 면적 열 수축률을 갖는 전극/다공성 필름 접합체.
- (i) 분자 내에 작용기를 갖는 반응성 중합체 및 (ii) 상기 반응성 중합체의 작용기와 가교될 수 있는 다작용성 화합물을 포함하는 가교성 접착제 조성물의 가교 반응에 의해 부분적으로 가교된 부분 가교 접착제로 다공성 필름 기재를 담지시키는 단계;이렇게 수득된 부분 가교 접착제가 담지된 다공성 필름 상에 전극을 적층시키고 압착하여 전극/다공성 필름 적층체를 형성하는 단계;상기 전극/다공성 필름 적층체를 전지 용기 내로 충전한 후, 다작용성 화합물 함유 전해질 액체를 상기 전지 용기 내에 주입하는 단계; 및가열하여 상기 반응성 중합체 중의 미반응 작용기를 상기 다작용성 화합물과 반응시킴으로써, 다공성 필름 상에 담지된 부분 가교 접착제를 추가로 가교시켜서 전극을 다공성 필름에 접착시켜 전극/다공성 필름 접합체를 형성하고, 이렇게 형성된 전극/다공성 필름 접합체 중의 다공성 필름을 격리판으로서 갖는 전지를 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 전지의 제조 방법.
- 전극과 다공성 필름이 부분 가교 접착제로 접착된 전극/다공성 필름 접합체를 전극/격리판 접합체로서 갖는 전지로서,상기 부분 가교 접착제는, (i) 분자 내에 작용기를 갖는 반응성 중합체 및 (ii) 상기 반응성 중합체의 작용기와 가교될 수 있는 다작용성 화합물을 포함하는 가교성 접착제 조성물의 가교 반응에 의해 부분적으로 가교됨으로써 수득되는,전극/다공성 필름 접합체를 전극/격리판 접합체로서 갖는 전지.
