Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 복수의 단전지가 접속부재를 통하여 전기적으로 접속된 조전지에 있어서, 상기 접속부재는 2종 이상의 금속판이 포개져서 적층된 적층 금속판이며, 상기 단전지와 접속된 접속부에서 용접에 의해 인접하는 상기 금속판사이에 2원계 합금이 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접속부재는 상기 금속판에 각각 사용된 금속 중 적어도 2종의 금속의 체적 저항률(Ω·m)의 비가 1/2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 조전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단전지는 외장용기가 상기 금속판의 1종과 동종의 금속으로 도금되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접속부는 저항용접에 의해 외장용기와 상기 2원계 합금이 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속판 중 2종의 금속판은 주금속에 각각 구리와 니켈이 사용되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속판 중 2종의 금속판은 주금속에 각각 알루미늄과 니켈이 사용되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접속부재는 양단부에 상기 접속부를 갖고 있고, 중앙부가 상기 양단부에 대해 단차를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 단차를 통하여 상기 중앙부가 상기 양단부보다 상방에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서 상기 양단부에는, 단전지와의 용접용의 구멍이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조전지.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 용접용의 구멍은 +자 모양의 형상을 나타내고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조전지.
