Claims (5)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 툴리움을 포함하는 백색 발광다이오드용 형광체[화학식 1](M1 -x- yEuxTmy)2SiO4상기식에서 M은 Sr,Ba을 포함하는 2가 양이온금속이며, x는 0.005≤x≤0.05이고, y는 0.005≤y≤0.05임.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 산화유로품과 산화툴리움은 1≤x/y≤5가 되도록 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 툴리움을 포함하는 백색 발광다이오드용 형광체
- 제1항의 제조방법으로서,실리케이트계 화합물을 모체로 하고, 여기에 산화유로품(Eu2O3)과 산화툴리움(Tm2O3)을 첨가하고, 혼합하는 단계;상기 혼합단계에서 수득된 소성물을 1,000~1,500℃ 사이의 온도에서 열처리하는 단계; 및분쇄를 포함한 후처리단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 툴리움을 포함 하는 백색 발광다이오드용 형광체의 제조방법
- 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 툴리움을 포함하는 백색 발광다이오드용 형광체[화학식 2](M1-x-y-z-αEuxTmyAzRα)2SiO4상기식에서 M은 Sr,Ba을 포함하는 2가 양이온금속이며, A는 Li, K를 포함하는 1가 양이온금속이며 z는 0.00≤z≤0.05이고 R은 Ce, Pr, Sm, Gd를 포함하는 희토류금속이며 α는 0.00≤α≤0.05 임.
- 제4항의 제조방법으로서,실리케이트계 화합물을 모체로 하고, 여기에 산화유로품(Eu2O3), 산화툴리움(Tm2O3), 탄산리튬(Li2CO3) 및 산화가돌리움(Gd2O3)을 첨가하고, 혼합하는 단계;상기 혼합단계에서 수득된 소성물을 1,000~1,500℃ 사이의 온도에서 열처리하는 단계; 및분쇄를 포함한 후처리단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 툴리움을 포함하는 백색 발광다이오드용 형광체의 제조방법
