で表され、酸化ユーロピウム及び酸化ツリウムを1≦x/y≦5となるように用いる白色発光ダイオード(LED)のツリウム含有黄色蛍光物質に関する。

で表され、酸化ユーロピウム及び酸化ツリウムを1≦x/y≦5となるように用いる白色発光ダイオード用ツリウム含有黄色蛍光物質を提供することを特徴とする。

Mは、Sr及びBaの混合物で0.005≦x≦0.05及び0.005≦y≦0.05、AはLi又はKの少なくとも一方で0.00≦z≦0.05、RはCe、Pr、Sm及びGdからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種で0.00≦α≦0.05
で表すことを特徴とする白色発光ダイオード用ツリウム含有黄色蛍光物質を提供する。
Claims (4)
- 白色発光ダイオード用ツリウム含有黄色蛍光物質であって、該蛍光物質は以下の化学式1:

(M1-x-yEuxTmy)2SiO4
MはSr及びBaの混合物で、0.005≦x≦0.05及び0.005≦y≦0.05
で表され、
酸化ユーロピウム及び酸化ツリウムを1≦x/y≦5となるように用いる
ことを特徴とする白色発光ダイオード用ツリウム含有黄色蛍光物質。 - 請求項1に記載の製造方法としての白色発光ダイオード用ツリウム含有黄色蛍光物質の製造方法であって、炭酸ストロンチウム(SrCO 3 )と炭酸バリウム(BaCO 3 )と酸化シリコン(SiO 2 )との混合物を親物質として用い、上記方法は、酸化ユーロピウム(Eu2O3)と酸化ツリウム(Tm2O3)とを上記物質に添加し混合する工程と、上記混合工程で得られた材料を1000〜1500℃の温度で熱処理する工程と、粉砕工程を含む後処理を行う工程とを備えていることを特徴とする白色発光ダイオード用ツリウム含有黄色蛍光物質の製造方法。
- 白色発光ダイオード用ツリウム含有黄色蛍光物質であって、該蛍光物質は以下の化学式2:

Mは、Sr及びBaの混合物で0.005≦x≦0.05及び0.005≦y≦0.05、AはLi又はKの少なくとも一方で0.00≦z≦0.05、RはCe、Pr、Sm及びGdからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種で0.00≦α≦0.05
で表され、
酸化ユーロピウム及び酸化ツリウムを1≦x/y≦5となるように用いる
ことを特徴とする白色発光ダイオード用ツリウム含有黄色蛍光物質。 - 請求項3に記載の製造方法としての白色発光ダイオード用ツリウム含有黄色蛍光物質の製造方法であって、炭酸ストロンチウム(SrCO 3 )と炭酸バリウム(BaCO 3 )と酸化シリコン(SiO 2 )との混合物を親物質として用い、上記方法は、酸化ユーロピウム(Eu2O3)、酸化ツリウム(Tm2O3)、炭酸リチウム(Li2CO3)及び酸化ガドリニウム(Gd2O3)を上記物質に添加し混合する工程と、上記混合工程で得られた材料を1000〜1500℃の温度で熱処理する工程と、粉砕工程を含む後処理を行う工程とを備えていることを特徴とする白色発光ダイオード用ツリウム含有黄色蛍光物質の製造方法。
