Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 실투 온도(devitrification temperature)가 1000℃ 이하이며, 유리 전이 온도(Tg)가 535℃ 이하이며, 비중이 3∼4의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,유리 전이 온도(Tg)가 500℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,굴절률(nd)이 1.60∼1.75의 범위이며, 아베수(Abbe number)(υd)가 50∼60의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,SiO2, B2O3, La2O3 및 Li2O를 포함하며, La2O3/Y2O3의 질량비는 1.0∼2.5의 범위이거나, La2O3/Gd2O3의 질량비는 0.4∼1.0의 범위이며, SiO2, B2O3 및 Li2O의 전체량은 38∼60질량%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,필수 성분으로서 SrO를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,산화물 기준으로 계산하여,SiO2 5∼18질량% 및/또는B2O3 22∼40질량% 및/또는La2O3 10∼20질량% 및/또는ZrO2 0.5∼7질량% 및/또는SrO 0.5∼15질량% 및/또는Li2O 2.5∼13질량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,산화물 기준으로 계산하여,Gd2O3 4∼30질량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,산화물 기준으로 계산하여,Y2O3 4∼20질량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,산화물 기준으로 계산하여,CaO 0∼15질량% 및/또는BaO 0∼15질량% 및/또는ZnO 0∼15질량% 및/또는Na2O 0∼5질량% 및/또는K2O 0∼5질량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,CaO 및 BaO의 전체량은, 1질량% 이상 10질량% 미만의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,산화물 기준으로 계산하여,TiO2 0∼3질량% 및/또는Nb2O5 0∼3질량% 및/또는Ta2O5 0∼5질량% 및/또는WO3 0∼5질량% 및/또는MgO 0∼3질량% 및/또는GeO2 0∼10질량% 및/또는Al2O3 0∼5질량% 및/또는Yb2O3 0∼10질량% 및/또는Sb2O3 0∼10질량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,마모도(abrasion) Aa가 100 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,구(sphere)로 환산한 직경이 9mm 이상인 프리폼(preform)을, 용융 고브(molten gob)를 냉각하여 직접적으로 제공할 경우, 상기 프리폼의 구로 환산한 직경에 대한 상면 표면의 곡률 반경의 비는 1.1 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유리 조성물로부터 제조되는 프레스 성형(press molding)용 프리폼.
- 제14항에 따른 프리폼을 성형 및 가공하여 제조되는 광학 소자(optical element).
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유리 조성물을 성형 및 가공하여 제조되는 광학 소자.
