Claims (6)
- 상면과, 하면과, 상면과 하면을 연결하는 적어도 1개의 측면을 갖는 압전체와,상기 압전체 내에 있어서, 상기 상면 및 하면에 평행하게 배치되어 있으며, 또한 상기 측면에 노출하고 있는 복수의 내부전극을 구비하고, 상기 복수의 내부전극을 개재해서 상기 압전체를 구성하고 있는 복수의 압전체층이 적층되어 있으며,상기 복수의 내부전극이, 제1의 전위에 접속되는 제1의 내부전극과, 제1의 전위와는 다른 제2의 전위에 접속되는 제2의 내부전극을 갖고,상기 제1, 제2의 내부전극에 각각 전기적으로 접속되도록, 상기 압전체의 측면에 형성된 제1, 제2의 외부전극을 더 구비하는 압전소자로서,상기 제1, 제2의 내부전극이 상기 압전체의 측면에 노출하고 있는 부분 중, 상기 제1, 제2의 외부전극에 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 부분 이외의 부분을 덮도록 형성되어 있으며, 또한 도전성 입자가 분산되어 있는 마이그레이션(migration) 방지용 외장재를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2의 내부전극이 상기 압전체의 두께방향에 있어서 번갈아 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전소자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마이그레이션 방지용 외장재가 압전체의 상기 제1, 제2의 내부전극이 압전체층을 개재해서 서로 포개져 있는 중앙부를 덮고 있는 부분에 있어서 두껍게 되어 있으며, 상기 중앙부보다도 외측의 압전체 부분을 덮고 있는 부분에 있어서 마이그레이션 방지용 외장재의 두께가 얇게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전소자.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마이그레이션 방지용 외장재가, 합성수지와, 합성수지 중에 분산된 도전성 입자를 포함하는 합성수지 재료 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전소자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지가 에폭시 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전소자.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 또는 제2의 내부전극의 양측의 압전체층이 두께방향으로 신축하도록 분극 처리되어 있으며, 그것에 의해 압전 액츄에이터가 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전소자.
