Claims (5)
- 圧電セラミック材料からなる圧電素体を有している圧電素子と、
前記圧電素子が接合されている振動部材と、
前記圧電素体の表面を覆うように前記圧電素子と前記振動部材とにわたって設けられた、絶縁性樹脂からなる被覆膜と、を備え、
前記被覆膜内には、複数の空孔が分布している、振動デバイス。 - 前記被覆膜を表面から見て、0.3mm四方の範囲内に存在している前記空孔の数は、一個以上である、請求項1に記載の振動デバイス。
- 前記被覆膜を表面から見て、0.3mm四方の範囲内に存在している前記空孔の数は、10個以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の振動デバイス。
- 前記被覆膜の表面粗さは、前記圧電素体の表面粗さより小さい、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の振動デバイス。
- 前記圧電素体の前記表面粗さに対する前記被覆膜の前記表面粗さの比は、0.1〜0.5の範囲内である、請求項4に記載の振動デバイス。
