Claims (10)
- 도금 부착량이 10 내지 600 g/m2이고, Al을 1 내지 60 질량%, Mg를 0.1 내지 10 질량% 함유하고 잔부가 Zn 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 도금층의 표층에 형성된 헤어라인을 가지며, 상기 헤어라인은 헤어라인과 직각 방향의 표면 거칠기(Ra)가 0.2 내지 2.5 ㎛, 헤어라인 방향의 표면 거칠기(Ra)가 0.1 내지 1.2 ㎛이고, 또한 헤어라인과 직각 방향의 표면 거칠기(Ra)는 헤어라인 방향의 표면 거칠기(Ra)의 1.2배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어라인 외관을 갖는 고내식성 Zn계 합금 도금 강재.
- 도금 부착량이 10 내지 600 g/m2이고, Al을 1 내지 60 질량%, Mg를 0.1 내지 10 질량% 함유하고 잔부가 Zn 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 도금층의 표층에 형성된 헤어라인을 가지며, 상기 헤어라인은 헤어라인과 직각 방향의 피크수(PPI)가 50 내지 400, 헤어라인 방향의 피크수(PPI)가 1 내지 100이고, 또한 헤어라인과 직각 방향의 PPI는 헤어라인 방향의 PPI의 2.0배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어라인 외관을 갖는 고내식성 Zn계 합금 도금 강재.
- 도금 부착량이 10 내지 600 g/m2이고, Al을 1 내지 60 질량%, Mg를 0.1 내지 10 질량% 함유하고, 잔부가 Zn 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 도금층의 표층에 형 성된 헤어라인을 가지며, 상기 헤어라인은 헤어라인과 직각 방향의 표면 거칠기(Ra)가 0.1 내지 2.5 ㎛, 피크수(PPI)가 50 내지 400이고, 헤어라인 방향의 표면 거칠기(Ra)가 0.1 내지 1.2 ㎛, 피크수(PPI)가 1 내지 100이고, 또한 헤어라인과 직각 방향의 표면 거칠기(Ra)는 헤어라인 방향의 표면 거칠기(Ra)의 1.2배 이상, 헤어라인과 직각 방향의 PPI는 헤어라인 방향의 PPI의 2.0배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어라인 외관을 갖는 고내식성 Zn계 합금 도금 강재.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,도금층은 추가로 Si를 0.001 내지 3 질량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어라인 외관을 갖는 고내식성 Zn계 합금 도금 강재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,도금층은 추가로 Ti를 0.0001 내지 0.1 질량%, B를 0.0001 내지 0.1 질량%의 1종 또는 2종을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어라인 외관을 갖는 고내식성 Zn계 합금 도금 강재.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,도금층은 Zn과 Al의 2원 공정이 체적율로 1 내지 80 vol%, Zn과 Al과 ZnMg 합금의 3원 공정이 체적율로 10 내지 90 vol%이고, 양자의 합계가 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어라인 외관을 갖는 고내식성 Zn계 합금 도금 강재.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,도금층 표면에 크로메이트 처리층을 1 내지 1000 mg/m2 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어라인 외관을 갖는 고내식성 Zn계 합금 도금 강재.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,도금층 표면에 크롬을 함유하지 않는 크로메이트 프리 처리층을 1 내지 200 mg/m2 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어라인 외관을 갖는 고내식성 Zn계 합금 도금 강재.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,표면에 두께 0.5 내지 100 ㎛의 투명 수지 피막층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어라인 외관을 갖는 고내식성 Zn계 합금 도금 강재.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,도금층 표면과 크롬을 함유하지 않는 크로메이트 프리 처리층과의 계면 근방에 Co, Fe, Ni, Pt, Mn의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 금속 상태 또는 수산화물 상태의 부착물층을 0.1 내지 10 mg/m2 가지고, 습윤 환경 하에서의 내흑변성이 우수한 것을 특징으로 하는 헤어라인 외관을 갖는 고내식성 Zn계 합금 도금 강재.
