Claims (14)
- 세라믹체와, 상기 세라믹체 내에 내장된 발열 저항체와, 상기 발열 저항체에 접속된 양극 리드선 및 음극 리드선과, 상기 양극 리드선과 접속해 상기 세라믹체의 표면에 노출된 양극 인출부를 구비한 세라믹 히터로서,상기 세라믹체의 한쪽 끝면에 돌출부가 형성됨과 아울러, 상기 양극 인출부는, 상기 돌출부의 측벽의 복수 개소에 인출되어 노출되어 있고, 또한, 상기 노출부의 각각 외부단자가 접속 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인출부의 노출부가, 상기 돌출부의 측벽을 통해서 대향하는 위치에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부의 외경(A)과 상기 세라믹체의 외경(B)의 비가 0.4≤A/B≤0.88인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인출부의 노출부의 면적이, 1×105∼6.8×105㎛2인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 전기절연성 세라믹스로 이루어지는 본체부와, 상기 본체부의 선단측에 매설 된 발열 저항체와, 상기 발열 저항체와 전기적으로 접속된 양극 인출부와, 상기 본체부의 기단측에 있고, 그 내면에 상기 양극 인출부가 노출된 전극 인출구멍을 구비한 세라믹 히터로서,상기 전극 인출구멍의 횡단면이 대략 원형이며, 상기 횡단면에 있어서의 장지름(A)과 단지름(B)의 비가 0.8≤B/A≤1의 관계에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전극 인출구멍은, 소성되어서 상기 본체부로 되는 세라믹 생성형체가 카본으로 이루어지는 구멍형성 부재를 매설한 상태에서 소성한 후, 상기 구멍형성 부재를 제거해서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 구멍형성 부재가 연소에 의해 제거된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 구멍형성 부재가 워터제트에 의해 제거된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전극 인출구멍의 주위에, 상기 구멍형성 부재와의 반응층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 본체부가 질화규소계 세라믹스로 이루어지고, 상기 전극 인출구멍의 내표면에 SiC를 함유하는 반응층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 본체부가 질화규소계 세라믹스로 이루어지고, 상기 구멍형성 부재의 표면에 질화붕소가 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 전기절연성 세라믹스로 이루어지는 본체부의 기단측에 횡단면 대략 원형상의 전극 인출구멍을 구비한 세라믹 히터의 제조방법으로서:소성되어서 상기 본체부로 되는 세라믹 생성형체를, 밀도 1.5g/㎤이상의 카본으로 이루어지는 구멍형성 부재를 매설한 상태에서, 불활성가스 분위기 중 혹은 환원 분위기 중에서 소성하는 공정; 및상기 구멍형성 부재를 산화 분위기 중에서 연소 제거하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법.
- 전기절연성 세라믹스로 이루어지는 본체부의 기단측에 횡단면 대략 원형상의 전극 인출구멍을 구비한 세라믹 히터의 제조방법으로서:소성되어서 상기 본체부로 되는 세라믹 생성형체를, 밀도 1.5g/㎤이상의 카본으로 이루어지는 구멍형성 부재를 매설한 상태에서, 불활성가스 분위기 중 혹은 환원 분위기 중에서 소성하는 공정; 및상기 구멍형성 부재를 워터제트에 의해 제거하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법.
- 금속제 외통의 선단 개구부에 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 세라믹 히터를 삽입 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 글로우 플러그.
