Claims (4)
- 옻피 80-90 중량부와 감초 3-7 중량부, 서목태 3-7 중량부와 소엽 3-7 중량부를 약 3배 분량의 물에 담가 1-3시간 푹 쪄서 건조시킨후 이와 같이 건조된 옻피를 1-2cm 크기로 세절하고 물 90-95중량부와 건조시켜 세절한 옻피 5-10 중량부를 배합한 후 200-300℃의 화력으로 4-7시간 끓여 원래 분량의 60%로 졸아서 추출된 독성이 제거된 옻액
- 옻피와 감초, 서목태 및 소엽을 준비하여 배합하는 단계;상기 배합물을 2-3배 분량의 물에 넣고 1-3시간 찐 후 건조시키는 단계;건조된 옻피를 1-2cm 크기로 세절하는 단계;물 90-95중량부와 건조시켜 세절한 옻피 5-10 중량부를 배합하여 200-300℃로 4-7시간 끓여 원래 분량의 60%로 졸이는 단계; 로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 독성이 제거된 옻액 추출방법
- 제1항의 옻액을 먹은 닭고기 70-80 중량부, 인삼 8-10 중량부, 오리나무 8-10 중량부와 감초 1-3중량부 및 대추 4-8 중량부를 절단하여 배합한 후 중탕기에서 100-150℃로 5-7시간 중탕하여 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 독성이 제거된 옻닭엑기스
- 닭고기 70-80 중량부, 인삼 8-10 중량부, 오리나무 8-10 중량부와 감초 1-3중량부 및 대추 4-8 중량부를 배합한 후 2-3배 분량의 제1항의 옻액에 넣고 중탕기에서 100-150℃로 5-7시간 중탕하여 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 독성이 제거된 옻닭엑기스
