Claims (12)
- 섬유질 재료를 포함하는 기재(substrate)층,접착제층, 및상기 접착제층을 개재시켜 상기 기재층에 적층 및 접착되어 이루어지는 수소첨가 공중합체 조성물층을 포함하며,상기 수소첨가 공중합체 조성물층이 수소첨가 공중합체 (I) 10 내지 90 중량부, 및 수소첨가 공중합체 (I)를 제외한 고무상 중합체 (II) 90 내지 10 중량부를 포함하고, 상기 수소첨가 공중합체 (I) 및 상기 고무상 중합체 (II)의 합계가 100 중량부이며,상기 수소첨가 공중합체 (I)는 공액 디엔 단량체 단위 및 비닐 방향족 단량체 단위를 포함하는 공중합체를 수소첨가하여 얻어지고, 경우에 따라서 비닐 방향족 단량체 단위의 일부가 비닐 방향족 중합체 블록 (A)를 형성하여 이루어지는 수소첨가 공중합체이며,하기의 특징 (1) 내지 (4),(1) 비닐 방향족 단량체 단위의 함유량이 상기 수소첨가 공중합체 (I)의 중량에 대하여 50 중량% 초과 90 중량% 이하이고,(2) 상기 비닐 방향족 중합체 블록 (A)의 함유량이 상기 수소첨가 공중합체 (I)의 중량에 대하여 40 중량% 이하이며,(3) 상기 수소첨가 공중합체 (I)의 중량 평균 분자량이 50,000 내지 1,000,000이고,(4) 상기 공액 디엔 단량체 단위의 이중 결합의 수소첨가율이 70 % 이상인 특징을 갖는 수소첨가 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소첨가 공중합체 함유 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수소첨가 공중합체 (I)가 유리 전이 온도를 -25 ℃ 내지 80 ℃의 범위에 1개 이상 갖고,상기 고무상 중합체 (II)가 하기의 (II-1) 내지 (II -5)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.(II-1) 유리 전이 온도를 -80 ℃ 내지 -25 ℃ 미만의 범위에 1개 이상 갖는, 공액 디엔 단량체 단위와 비닐 방향족 단량체 단위를 포함하는 비수소첨가 블록 공중합체;(II-2) 유리 전이 온도를 -80 ℃ 내지 -25 ℃ 미만의 범위에 1개 이상 갖는 공액 디엔 단독중합체 또는 그의 수소첨가물;(II-3) 공액 디엔 단량체 단위와 비닐 방향족 단량체 단위를 포함하는 랜덤 또는 블록 공중합체를 수소첨가하여 얻어지는 수소첨가 공중합체이며, 비닐 방향족 단량체 단위의 함유량이 상기 수소첨가 공중합체의 중량에 대하여 50 중량% 이하이며, 유리 전이 온도를 -80 ℃ 내지 -25 ℃ 미만의 범위에 1개 이상 갖는 수소첨가 공중합체;(II-4) 중량 평균 분자량이 2,500 내지 40,000인 1개 이상의 비닐 방향족 단독중합체 블록과, 비닐 결합 함유량이 40 % 이상인 1개 이상의 이소프렌 단독중합체 블록을 포함하는 블록 공중합체이며, 상기 1개 이상의 비닐 방향족 단독중합체 블록 및 상기 1개 이상의 이소프렌 단독중합체 블록은 어떤 순서로 배열되어 있어도 좋고, 비닐 방향족 단량체 단위의 함유량이 상기 블록 공중합체의 중량에 대하여 50 중량% 이하이며, 중량 평균 분자량이 20,000 내지 200,000이고, 유리 전이 온도를 -25 ℃ 내지 20 ℃의 범위에 1개 이상 갖는 블록 공중합체, 또는 그의 수소첨가물; 및(II-5) 유리 전이 온도를 -80 ℃ 내지 -25 ℃ 미만의 범위에 1개 이상 갖는 올레핀계 고무상 중합체.단, 각 중합체 (I) 및 (II-1) 내지 (II-5)의 유리 전이 온도는 각각 중합체의 동적 점탄성 스펙트럼에서 tan δ(손실 정접)의 피크가 관찰되는 온도이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수소첨가 공중합체 (I)가 수산기, 에폭시기, 아미노기, 카르복실기, 산 무수물기, 실라놀기 및 알콕시실란기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 관능기를 1개 이상 갖는 치환기를 1개 이상 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제층이수산기, 에폭시기, 아미노기, 카르복실기, 산 무수물기, 실라놀기 및 알콕시실란기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 관능기를 1개 이상 갖는 치환기를 1개 이상 갖는 변성 공액 디엔 중합체 (i) 및조성물 (ii-1) 및 화합물 (ii-2)로부터 선택되는 1개 이상의 반응성 물질 (ii)을 함유하고,상기 조성물 (ii-1)은 3개 이상의 수산기를 갖는 폴리올 10 내지 60 중량부, 디이소시아네이트 3 내지 30 중량부 및 디올 0 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 조성물이며, 상기 조성물 (ii-1)의 양은 상기 변성 공액 디엔 중합체 (i) 100 중량부에 대하여 13 내지 95 중량부이며,상기 화합물 (ii-2)는 변성 공액 디엔 중합체 (i)의 관능기와 반응하는 관능기를 2개 이상 갖는 화합물이며, 단 상기 변성 공액 디엔 중합체 (i)에 결합하고 있는 상기 치환기의 관능기가 산 무수물기 이외인 경우, 화합물 (ii-2)는 상기 변성 공액 디엔 중합체 (i)의 관능기와 반응하는 관능기를 적어도 3개 갖고, 상기 화합물 (ii-2)의 양은 상기 변성 공액 디엔 중합체 (i) 100 중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 20 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 접착제층이 상기 반응성 물질 (ii)로서 조성물 (ii-1)을 함유하고, 상기 접착제층이 하기의 공정 (1) 내지 (4),(1) 수산기, 에폭시기, 아미노기, 카르복실기, 산 무수물기, 실라놀기 및 알콕시실란기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 관능기를 1개 이상 갖는 치환기를 1개 이상 갖는 변성 공액 디엔 중합체 (i) 100 중량부와, 3개 이상의 수산기를 갖는 폴리올 10 내지 60 중량부를 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻고,(2) 공정 (1)에서 얻은 혼합물을 디이소시아네이트 3 내지 30 중량부와 반응시켜 반응 혼합물을 얻으며, 경우에 따라서(3) 공정 (2)에서 얻은 반응 혼합물을 5 중량부 이하의 디올과 반응시켜 반응 혼합물을 얻고,(4) 공정 (2) 또는 (3)에서 얻은 반응 혼합물을 섬유질 재료를 포함하는 기재상에 도포하는 공정을 포함하는 방법에 의해서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유질 재료가 합성 섬유, 천연 섬유, 재생 섬유 및 다성분 섬유로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수소첨가 공중합체 조성물층의 적어도 일부가 발포하여 이루어지는 것인 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가구 표피재인 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 차량용 내장재인 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신발 어퍼재인 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가방의 부품인 적층체.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건축 재료인 적층체.
