Claims (23)
- 제1 및 제2 표면을 가진 중합체 기판층과, 그의 표면 위에 약 0.01 내지 약 14.0㎛ 두께를 갖고 코팅층 중량의 약 0.1 내지 약 50중량%의 양으로 항균 화합물을 포함한 중합체 코팅을 포함하고,(i) 상기 코팅이 그 자체에 열-밀봉될 때 100g/in 내지 2500g/in의 열-밀봉 강도를 제공하고(하거나) (ii) 상기 코팅이 수증기 및(또는) 산소에 대한 장벽을 제공하여 수증기 투과율이 0.01 내지 10g/100인치2/일의 범위이고, 산소 투과율이 0.01 내지 10cm3/100인치2/일/atm의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 항균 중합체 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 항균 화합물이 입상 형태인 항균 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 항균 화합물이 약 0.1 내지 약 5%의 양으로 존재하는 항균 필름.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항균 화합물이 은, 구리, 아연, 주석, 수은, 납, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 망간, 비소, 안티몬, 비스무트, 바륨, 카드뮴 및 크롬으로부터 선택된 금속 또는 금속 이온을 함유하는 무기 화합물인 항균 필름.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항균 화합물이 하기 화학식 I을 갖는 것인 항균 필름.<화학식 I>M1 aHbAcM2 2(PO4)3·nH2O상기 식에서,M1은 은, 구리, 아연, 주석, 수은, 납, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 망간, 비소, 안티몬, 비스무트, 바륨, 카드뮴 및 크롬으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속 이온이고;A는 알칼리 및 알칼리 토금속 이온으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 이온이고;M2은 4가 금속 이온이고;a 및 b는 양수이고, c는 0 또는 (ka+b+mc)=1이 되도록 하는 양수이며;k는 금속 M1의 원자가이고;m은 금속 A의 원자가이고;0 ≤ n ≤ 6이다.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항균 화합물이 화학식 AgaHbAcZr2(PO4)3·nH2O(상기 식에서,A는 알칼리 또는 알칼리 토금속 이온이고;a, b 및 c는 (a+b+mc)=1이 되도록 하는 양수이고;m은 금속 A의 원자가이고;0 ≤ n ≤ 6임)를 갖는 것인 항균 필름.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, a가 0.1 내지 0.5의 범위인 항균 필름.
- 제5항, 제6항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, b가 적어도 0.2인 항균 필름.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 A가 나트륨이고 m이 1인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항균 화합물이 은, 구리 또는 아연을 함유하는 것인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항균 화합물이 은을 함유하는 것인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅이 0.01 내지 10g/100인치2/일 범위의 수증기 투과율 및(또는) 0.01 내지 10cm3/100인치2/일/atm 범위의 산소 투과율을 제공하는 것인 항균 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅이 그 자체에 열-밀봉될 때 100 내지 2500g/in의 열-밀봉 강도를 제공하는 것인 항균 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름의 연무가 15% 미만인 항균 필름.
- 제2항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항균 입자의 부피 분포 평균 입자 직경이 1.0 내지 3.0㎛의 범위인 항균 필름.
- 제2항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코팅층의 두께가 항균 입자의 부피 분포 평균 입자 직경의 70 내지 130%의 범위인 항균 필름.
- 제2항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코팅층의 두께가 항균 입자의 부피 분포 평균 입자 직경 미만이고, 바람직하게는 두께가 항균 입자의 부피 분포 평균 입자 직경의 70 내지 99% 범위인 항균 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 기판이 폴리에스테르, 폴리올레핀, 폴리아미드 및 PVC로부터 선택되는 것인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 기판이 폴리에스테르를 포함하는 것인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 기판이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 포함하는 것인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 기판이 100℃의 수조에서 30초동안 놓여질 때 한쪽 또는 양쪽 치수에서 약 10% 내지 약 60%의 수축 정도를 갖는 것인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광택이 적어도 70인 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코팅층의 중합체가 PVDC, PCTFE, PE, PP, EVOH, PVOH, EVA, 폴리에스테르 및 카프로락톤으로부터 선택되는 것인 필름.
