Claims (6)
- 조성식이 a(P1-xEux)0·(Q1-yMny)0·bAl2O3 로 표시되고, 파장 180~300nm의 자외선을 조사했을 때 발광하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉음극 형광램프용 알칼리토류 알루민산염 형광체.(단, P는 Ba, Sr 및 Ca중의 적어도 1종의 알칼리토류 금속 원소를 나타내고, Q는 Mg 및 Zn중의 적어도 1종의 2가 금속 원소를 나타내고, a, b, x 및 y는 각각 O.8≤a≤1.2, 4.5≤b≤5.5, 0.05≤x≤O.25 및 O.2≤y≤0.4를 충족시키는 수를 나타낸다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 파장 180~300nm의 자외선을 조사했을 때에, 445~455nm의 파장역에 제1의 발광 피크를 갖고, 51O~520nm의 파장역에 제2의 발광 피크를 가진 발광을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉음극 형광램프용 알칼리토류 알루민산염 형광체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 발광 피크의 강도를 P1, 상기 제2의 발광 피크의 강도를 P2라고 했을 때, 그 강도비(P2/P1)가 10이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉음극 형광램프용 알칼리토류 알루민산염 형광체.
- 알칼리토류 알루민산염을 모체로 하고, 이것에 부활제로서 2가의 유로퓸(Eu2+)과 2가의 망간(Mn2+)을 포함하는 알칼리토류 알루민산염 형광체로서, 파장 253.7nm의 자외선으로 여기했을 경우, 그 형광체를 650℃에서 15분간 가열 처리된 후의 발광휘도가, 그 가열 처리 되기 전의 발광휘도의 80% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉음극 형광램프용 알칼리토류 알루민산염 형광체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 형광체의 조성식이 a(P1-xEux)0·(Q1-yMny )0·bAl2O3로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉음극 형광램프용 알칼리토류 알루민산염 형광체.(단, P는 Ba, Sr 및 Ca중의 적어도 1종의 알칼리토류 금속 원소를 나타내고, Q는 Mg 및 Zn중의 적어도 1종의 2가 금속 원소를 나타내고, a, b, x 및 y는 각각 0.8≤a≤1.2, 4.5≤b≤5.5, 0.05≤x≤0.25 및 0.2≤y≤0.4를 충족시키는 수를 나타낸다.)
- 빛에 대하여 투명한 관 형상의 외위기의 내벽에 형광막을 형성하는 동시에, 그 외위기내에 수은과 희유가스를 봉입하여 이루어지고, 그 수은의 방전에 의해서 방사되는 파장 180~300nm의 자외선에 의해 상기 형광막을 발광시키는 냉음극 형광램프에 있어서, 상기 형광막이 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 냉음극 형광램프용 알칼리토류 알루민산염 형광체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉음극 형광램프.
