Claims (10)
- 하기를 포함하는 폴리올레핀 조성물:1) 15 중량% 이하의 에틸렌 및/또는 C4-Cl0α-올레핀(들) 을 함유하고, 15 g/10 분 이상의 MFR 값 (230 ℃, 2.16 kg) 을 갖는, 결정성 프로필렌 동종중합체 또는 공중합체 55 내지 80 중량%; 및2) 10 내지 40 중량% 의 상기 C4-Cl0α-올레핀(들)을 함유하는, 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 C4-Cl0α-올레핀(들)의 공중합체 20 내지 45 중량%;여기서, 상기 조성물은 MFR 값 (230 ℃, 2.16 kg) 이 15 g 내지 80 g /10 분 이상, 에틸렌의 총함량이 20 중량% 이상, C4-Cl0α-올레핀(들) 의 총함량이 4.5 중량% 이상, 에틸렌의 총함량 대 C4-Cl0α-올레핀(들) 의 총함량의 비가 2.3 이상이고, 실온에서 자일렌에 가용성인 분획의 고유 점도가 1.7 dl/g 이하이다.
- 하기를 포함하는 제 1 항에 따른 폴리올레핀 조성물:1) 15 중량% 이하의 에틸렌 및/또는 C4-Cl0α-올레핀(들) 을 함유하고, 15 g/10 분 이상의 MFR 값을 갖는, 결정성 프로필렌 동종중합체 또는 공중합체 55 내지 75 중량%, 바람직하게는 55 내지 70 중량%; 및2) 20 내지 40 중량% 의 상기 C4-Cl0α-올레핀(들)을 함유하는, 에틸렌 및하나 이상의 C4-Cl0α-올레핀(들)의 공중합체 25 내지 45 중량%, 바람직하게는 30 내지 45 중량%;여기서, 상기 조성물은 MFR 값 (230 ℃, 2.16 kg) 이 15 g/10 분 이상, 에틸렌의 총함량이 20 중량% 이상, C4-Cl0α-올레핀(들) 의 총함량이 6 중량% 이상, 에틸렌의 총함량 대 C4-Cl0α-올레핀(들) 의 총함량의 비가 2.3 이상이고, 실온에서 자일렌에 가용성인 총분획이 18 중량% 이상이며, 실온에서 자일렌에 가용성인 분획의 고유 점도가 1.7 dl/g 이하이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 30 g/10 분 이상의 MFR 값을 갖는 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실온에서 자일렌에 가용성인 분획의 고유 점도가 0.8 내지 1.5 dl/g 인 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실온에서 자일렌에 가용성인 중합체의 함량이 20 중량% 이상인 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, -35 ℃ 이하의 연성/취약성 전이온도를 갖는 폴리올레핀 조성물.
- 제 1 항의 폴리올레핀 조성물의 제조방법으로서, 2 이상의 연속적 단계로 수행되며, 하나 이상의 중합 단계에서, 관련 단량체(들)가 중합되어 성분 1) 을 형성하고, 다른 단계에서 관련 단량체(들)가 중합되어 성분 2) 를 형성하고, 이는 형성된 중합체 및 이전 단계에서 사용된 촉매의 존재 하에서 제 1 단계를 제외한 각 단계에서 각각 작동하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 중합 촉매가 촉매 형성 성분으로서 고체성분 및 유기알루미늄 화합물을 함유하는 입체특이적 지글러-나타 촉매이고, 상기 고체성분은 하나 이상의 티탄-할로겐 결합을 갖는 티탄 화합물 및 전자 공여 화합물을 함유하고, 둘 모두 활성형의 마그네슘 할라이드 상에 지지되어 있는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 성분 1) 및 성분 2) 는 모두 기체상인 방법.
- 제 1 항의 폴리올레핀 조성물을 함유하는 사출 성형품.
