Claims (29)
- 제1 스티렌계 수지 조성물로 형성된 제1 부품과 제2 스티렌계 수지 조성물로 형성된 제2 부품을 포함하는 카트리지이며,상기 카트리지는 전자 사진 화상 형성 장치의 본체에 탈거가능하게 장착가능하며,상기 제1 스티렌계 수지 조성물 및 상기 제2 스티렌계 수지 조성물 중 적어도 하나는 스티렌계 수지 100 중량부당 난연제를 4 중량부 내지 18 중량부 함유하는 수지 조성물이고,상기 제1 부품 및 상기 제2 부품은 접합면을 가지고 접합되며,상기 접합면의 적어도 일부는 테르펜계 용제에 의해 용착 고정되어 있는 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난연제는 적어도 제1 난연제 및 제2 난연제를 함유하는 카트리지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 난연제는 브롬계 난연제이고, 상기 제2 난연제는 삼산화 안티몬인 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 스티렌계 수지 조성물 및 상기 제2 스티렌계 수지조성물 중 적어도 하나는 고무형 중합체 또는 고무형 공중합체를 포함하는 카트리지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고무형 중합체 또는 상기 고무형 공중합체는 0.5 ㎛ 내지 3.0 ㎛의 평균 입경을 갖는 입자를 포함하는 카트리지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고무형 중합체 또는 상기 고무형 공중합체는 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 폴리이소프렌, 부타디엔-이소프렌 공중합체, 천연 고무 및 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 중합체인 카트리지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테르펜계 용제는 d-리모넨인 카트리지.
- 제1 스티렌계 수지 조성물로 형성된 제1 부품과 제2 스티렌계 수지 조성물로 형성된 제2 부품을 포함하는 카트리지이며,상기 카트리지는 전자 사진 화상 형성 장치의 본체에 탈거가능하게 장착가능하며,상기 제1 부품 및 상기 제2 부품은 접합면을 갖고 접합되며,상기 접합면은 테르펜계 용제에 의해 용착 고정되고, 상기 제1 부품의 접합면 및 상기 제2 부품의 접합면은 서로 접촉하거나 또는 서로 근접하여 배치된 상태에서 용착 고정되기 전에 접합면의 적어도 일부로 테르펜계 용제가 공급되는 카트리지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 테르펜계 용제는 d-리모넨인 카트리지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 테르펜계 용제는 모세관 현상을 이용하여 상기 접합면으로 공급되는 카트리지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 부품과 상기 제2 부품 중 적어도 하나는 상기 테르펜계 용제를 주입하기 위한 주입구를 갖는 주입부를 구비하는 카트리지.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제1 부품 및 제2 부품 중 적어도 하나에는 상기 주입구와 연통하는 유로를 형성하기 위한 라인 컷, 슬릿 또는 모따기부가 제공되고, 상기 유로를 통해 용착 고정 전에 접합면의 적어도 일부로 테르펜계 용제가 공급되도록 구성된 카트리지.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 유로는 단면적이 0.01 ㎟ 내지 4.0 ㎟인 카트리지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 부품 및 제2 부품은 서로 접촉하거나 또는 서로 근접한 부분에서 상기 테르펜계 용제를 주입하기 위한 주입구를 갖춘 주입부를 형성하는 카트리지.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제1 부품 및 상기 제2 부품 중 적어도 일부에는 상기 주입구와 연통하는 유로를 형성하기 위한 라인 컷, 슬릿 또는 모따기부가 제공되고, 상기 유로를 통해 용착 고정되기 전에 접합면의 적어도 일부로 상기 테르펜계 용제가 공급되도록 구성된 카트리지.

- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 스티렌계 수지 조성물 및 상기 제2 스티렌계 수지 조성물은 각각 스티렌계 수지와 고무형 중합체의 혼합물 또는 스티렌계 수지와 고무형 공중합체의 혼합물인 카트리지.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 고무형 중합체 또는 고무형 공중합체는 0.5 ㎛ 내지 3.0 ㎛의 평균 입경을 갖는 입자를 포함하는 카트리지.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 고무형 중합체 또는 상기 고무형 공중합체는 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 폴리이소프렌, 부타디엔-이소프렌 공중합체, 천연 고무 및 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 중합체인 카트리지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 부품의 접합면 및 상기 제2 부품의 접합면 중 적어도 하나에는 상기 테르펜계 용제가 용이하게 공급되도록 된 요철이 제공되는 카트리지.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 요철은 평균 조도(Rz)로서 20 ㎛ 내지 40 ㎛의 깊이를 갖는 카트리지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 부품과 상기 제2 부품은 그 중 하나가 갖는 돌기부를 다른 하나가 갖는 리세스에 끼움으로써 접합부를 형성하고, 상기 접합부는 상기 테르펜계 용제에 의해 용착 고정되어 있는 카트리지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 부품은 화상 담지 부재를 지지하는 베어링 부재이고 상기 제2 부품은 상기 베어링 부재를 지지하는 프레임 부재인 카트리지.
- 제1 스티렌계 수지 조성물로 형성된 제1 부품과 제2 스티렌계 수지 조성물로 형성된 제2 부품을 포함하는 토너 용기이며,상기 제1 스티렌계 수지 조성물 및 상기 제2 스티렌계 수지 조성물 중 적어도 하나는 스티렌계 수지 100 중량부 당 난연제를 4 중량부 내지 18 중량부 함유하는 수지 조성물이고,상기 제1 부품 및 상기 제2 부품은 접합면을 가지고 접합되며,상기 접합면의 적어도 일부는 테르펜계 용제에 의해 용착 고정되어 있는 토너 용기.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 테르펜계 용제는 d-리모넨인 토너 용기.
- 제1 스티렌계 수지 조성물로 형성된 제1 부품과 제2 스티렌계 수지 조성물로 형성된 제2 부품을 포함하는 토너 용기이며,상기 제1 부품 및 상기 제2 부품은 접합되어 접합면을 갖고,상기 접합면은 테르펜계 용제에 의해 용착 고정되고, 상기 제1 부품의 접합면 및 상기 제2 부품의 접합면은 서로 접촉하거나 또는 서로 근접하여 배치된 상태에서 용착 고정되기 전에 접합면의 적어도 일부로 테르펜계 용제가 공급되는 토너 용기.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 테르펜계 용제는 d-리모넨인 토너 용기.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 테르펜계 용제는 모세관 현상을 이용하여 상기 접합면에 공급되는 토너 용기.
