Claims (23)
- 시험 샘플 중에 존재하는 피분석물의 존재 또는 양을 검출하기 위한 플로우-스루 분석체이며,상기 플로우-스루 분석체는 특정 결합 부재 및 검출 가능한 프로브를 포함하는 프로브 콘쥬게이트와 유체 연통하는 다공성 막을 포함하며,상기 다공성 막은,피분석물 또는 프로브 콘쥬게이트에 결합할 수 있는 포획 시약을 포함하고 피분석물의 존재 또는 부재를 나타내는 검출 신호를 생성할 수 있는 검출 대역과,상기 프로브 콘쥬게이트에 결합하도록 구성된 결합제를 포함하는 보정 대역을 한정하며,상기 보정 대역은,i) 제1 소정량의 결합제를 포함하며 제1 보정 신호를 생성할 수 있는 제1 보정 영역과,ii) 제1 소정량의 결합제보다 더 많은 제2 소정량의 결합제를 포함하며 제1 보정 신호보다 강도가 더 큰 제2 보정 신호를 생성할 수 있는 제2 보정 영역을 포함하고,시험 샘플 내의 피분석물의 상대적인 양은 상기 검출 신호를 상기 제1 보정 신호 및 제2 보정 신호와 비교함으로써 결정되는 플로우-스루 분석체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출 신호가 상기 제1 보정 신호 및 상기 제2 보정 신호와 육안으로 비교될 수 있는 플로우-스루 분석체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출 신호는 기구를 사용하여 상기 제1 보정 신호 및 상기 제2 보정 신호와 비교될 수 있는 플로우-스루 분석체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보정 곡선은 상기 제1 및 제2 보정 신호의 강도 대 공지된 피분석물 수준의 제도에 의해 생성되는 플로우-스루 분석체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보정 대역은 제2 소정량의 결합제보다 많은 제3 소정량의 결합제를 포함하며 상기 제2 보정 신호보다 강도가 더 큰 제3 보정 신호를 생성할 수 있는 제3 보정 영역을 추가로 포함하는 플로우-스루 분석체.

- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 검출 가능한 프로브는 라텍스 마이크로입자를 포함하는 플로우-스루 분석체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로브 콘쥬게이트의 특정 결합 부재는 항원, 합텐, 항체 및 이들의 복합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 플로우-스루 분석체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 포획 시약은 항원, 합텐, 항체 및 이들의 복합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 플로우-스루 분석체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분석체는 샌드위치형 분석체인 플로우-스루 분석체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분석체는 경쟁형 분석체인 플로우-스루 분석체.

- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 검출 신호가 상기 제1 보정 신호, 상기 제2 보정 신호 및 상기 제3 보정 신호와 육안으로 비교될 수 있는 플로우-스루 분석체.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 검출 신호는 기구를 사용하여 상기 제1 보정 신호, 상기 제2 보정 신호 및 상기 제3 보정 신호와 비교될 수 있는 플로우-스루 분석체.
- 제14항에 있어서, 보정 곡선이 상기 제1, 제2 및 제3 보정 신호의 강도 대 공지된 피분석물 양의 제도에 의해 생성되는 플로우-스루 분석체.

- 시험 샘플 중에 존재하는 피분석물의 존재 또는 양을 검출하기 위한 플로우-스루 분석체이며,상기 플로우-스루 분석체가 특정 결합 부재 및 검출 가능한 프로브를 포함하는 프로브 콘쥬게이트와 유체 연통하는 다공성 막을 포함하며,프로브 콘쥬게이트는 시험 샘플과 접촉할 때 프로브 콘쥬게이트/피분석물 복합체 및 복합화되지 않은 프로브 콘쥬게이트가 형성되도록 시험 샘플 중의 피분석물과 화합되도록 구성되며,상기 다공성 막은,i) 상기 복합화되지 않은 프로브 콘쥬게이트에 결합할 수 있는 포획 시약이 다공성 막 상에 실질적으로 확산되지 않도록 고정화되어 있으며, 검출 신호를 생성할 수 있는 검출 대역과ii) 상기 프로브 콘쥬게이트/피분석물 복합체 및 상기 포획 시약에 결합되지 않은 채 남아있는 프로브 콘쥬게이트에 결합하도록 구성된 결합제를 포함하는 보정 대역을 한정하며,상기 보정 대역은,a) 제1 소정량의 결합제를 포함하며 제1 보정 신호를 생성할 수 있는 제1 보정 영역과,b) 제1 소정량의 결합제보다 더 많은 제2 소정량의 결합제를 포함하며 제1 보정 신호보다 강도가 더 큰 제2 보정 신호를 생성할 수 있는 제2 보정 영역을 포함하며,시험 샘플 내의 피분석물의 상대적인 양은 상기 검출 신호를 상기 제1 보정 신호 및 제2 보정 신호와 비교함으로써 결정되는 플로우-스루 분석체.
