Abstract

Claims (28)
- 설폰화 메조-테트라페닐 클로린을 포함하는 광감작제 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, 클로린중에 존재하는 4개의 페닐 환중의 하나 이상이 하나의 설포네이트 그룹에 의해 치환된 광감작제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 클로린중에 존재하는 2개의 페닐 환이 각각 단일 설포네이트 그룹에 의해 치환된 광감작제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 클로린이 화학식 I의 화합물, 이의 이성체 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 염인 광감작제.화학식 I상기식에서,X는 -SO3H이고;n, p, q 및 r은 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1이고;n, p, q 및 r의 합은 1 내지 4의 정수, 바람직하게는 2 이상, 예를 들면 2 또는 4이다.
- 제4항에 있어서, n, p, q 및 r의 합이 2이고, 각각의 그룹 X가 각 페닐 환내의 동일한 환 위치에 존재하는 광감작제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 환 위치가 메타- 또는 파라- 위치인 광감작제.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, n, p, q 및 r의 합이 2이고,치환된 페닐 환이 환원된 피롤 환에 인접하게 위치하는 광감작제.
- 제4항에 있어서, 클로린이 화학식 II의 화합물, 이의 이성체 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 염인 광감작제.화학식 II
- 설폰화 메조-테트라페닐 포르피린의 포르피린 거대환중의 하나의 이중결합을 환원시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는 광감작제 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염.
- 제9항에 있어서, 포르피린 거대환이 디설폰화 메조-테트라페닐 포르피린인 광감작제.
- 제10항에 있어서, 포르피린이 TPPS2a(테트라페닐 포르피린 디설포네이트)인 광감작제.
- (a) 설폰화 메조-테트라페닐 포르피린 또는 이의 철 킬레이트 착물을 환원시키는 단계;(b) 경우에 따라, 단계 (a)에서 형성된 화합물의 혼합물을 분리하는 단계; 및(c) 단계 (a) 또는 단계 (b)에서 형성된 화합물을 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염으로 전환시키는 단계의 하나 이상을 포함하여, 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 광감작제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 광감작제 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염과 함께 하나 이상의 약제학적 담체 또는 부형제를 포함하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 의약으로서 사용하기 위한 광감작제 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염.
- 광화학적 내재화의 방법, 광화학요법 또는 진단에 사용하기 위한 치료제를 제조하는데 있어서의 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 광감작제 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염의 용도.
- (a) 세포를 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 광감작제 또는약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염과 접촉시키고;(b) 당해 세포를 전달 분자와 접촉시킨 후;(c) 광감작제를 활성화시키는데 효과적인 파장의 빛을 당해 세포에 조사함을 포함하여, 전달 분자를 세포의 시토졸속으로 도입하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 광감작제 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염, 전달 분자 및 하나 이상의 약제학적 담체 또는 부형제를 포함하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 전달 분자가 유기 화합물, 단백질, 단백질의 단편 및 핵산으로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 치료용으로 사용하기 위한 약제학적 조성물.
- 광감작제 및 전달 분자를 (별도로, 동시에 또는 연속적으로) 환자의 세포 또는 조직과 접촉시키고, 당해 세포 또는 조직에 광감작제를 활성화시키는데 효과적인 파장의 빛을 조사하는 치료, 예를 들어 암 또는 유전자 치료에 사용하기 위한 의약을 제조하는데 있어서의 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 광감작제 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염 및 예를 들어 제18항에서 정의된 바와 같은 전달 분자의 용도.
- 제20항에 있어서, 류마티스성 관절염, 죽상경화증, 바이러스 감염증, 건선, 일광 각화증, 외상, 골절, 사마귀, 낭성 섬유증, 고를린(Gorlin) 증후군 또는 혈관확장성 운동실조증을 치료하기 위한 용도.
- 유전자 치료 방법, 예를 들면 암, 심혈관 질환, 바이러스 감염증, 및 낭성 섬유증과 같은 단인자성(monogenic) 질환을 치료하는 방법에 사용하기 위한 의약을 제조하는데 있어서의, 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 광감작제 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염, 및 치료적 단백질을 암호화하는 유전자, 안티센스 DNA 또는 RNA 분자, 리보자임, 앞타머(aptamer), 삼중체(triplex) 형성 올리고뉴클레오티드, 펩티드 핵산(PNA), 전사 인자 "유인(decoy)" DNA 및 키메라 올리고뉴클레오티드로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 전달 분자의 용도.
- 제17항 내지 제19항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서 또는 제20항 내지 제23항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광감작제 및/또는 전달 분자가 운반체 분자, 표적화 분자 또는 벡터에 부착되거나, 결합되거나 접합되는, 약제학적 조성물 또는 용도.
- 광화학요법에 반응성인 모든 악성, 예비-악성 또는 비-악성의 비정상 또는 질환, 예를 들어 종양 또는 기타 병적증식, 건선 또는 광선 각화증 및 여드름과 같은 피부 질환, 피부 박탈, 및 기타 질환 또는 감염증, 예를 들어 세균, 바이러스또는 진균 감염증, 예컨대 헤르페스(Herpes) 바이러스 감염증을 치료하는데 사용하기 위한 치료제를 제조하는데 있어서의, 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 광감작제 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염의 용도.
- (a) 환부 표면에 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 광감작제 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염을 투여하고;(b) 상기 표면을 300 내지 800nm 파장의 빛에 노출시킴을 포함하여, 신체의 외면 또는 내면의 질환 또는 비정상을 광화학요법으로 치료하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 광감작제 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염과 함께 하나 이상의 표면-투과 보조제 및/또는 하나 이상의 킬레이트화제를 포함하는, 광화학요법에 반응성인 신체의 외면 또는 내면의 질환 또는 비정상을 치료하는데 동시, 분리 또는 연속적으로 사용하기 위한 배합 제제로서의 제품.
- a) 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 광감작제 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염을 함유하는 제1 용기;b) 하나 이상의 표면 투과 보조제를 함유하는 제2 용기; 및 임의로c) 상기 제1 용기내에 또는 제3 용기내에 함유된 하나 이상의 킬레이트화제를 포함하는, 신체의 외면 또는 내면의 질환 또는 비정상의 광화학요법에 사용하기위한 키트.
- i) 체액 또는 조직을 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 광감작제 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염과 혼합하고;ii) 당해 혼합물을 빛에 노출시키고;iii) 형광 수준을 확인하고;iv) 형광 수준을 대조군 수준과 비교함을 포함하여, 환자의 체액 또는 조직의 샘플을 검정하여 비정상 또는 질환을 시험관내 진단하는 방법.
