Claims (5)
- 평균 입자 직경이 5.0 내지 150㎛이고, 탬핑 밀도(tamped density)가 300 내지 1200g/인 물리화학적 특성을 갖는, 열분해법으로 제조된 산화알루미늄계 과립.
- 열분해법으로 제조된 산화알루미늄을 물에 분산시킨 다음 분무 건조시키고, 수득한 과립을 1 내지 8시간 동안 150 내지 1100℃의 온도에서 임의로 열처리함을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따르는 과립의 제조방법.
- 평균 입자 직경이 5 내지 160㎛이고, 탬핑 밀도가 300 내지 1200g/이며, 탄소 함량이 0.3 내지 12.0중량%인 물리화학적 특성을 갖는, 열분해법으로 제조된 산화알루미늄계 과립.
- 열분해법으로 제조된 산화알루미늄을 물에 분산시킨 다음 분무 건조시키고, 수득한 과립을 1 내지 8시간 동안 150 내지 1100℃의 온도에서 임의로 열처리시킨 후 실란화함을 특징으로 하는, 제3항에 따르는 과립의 제조방법.
- 촉매 지지체로서, 화장품, 토너 파우더(toner powder), 페인트 및 래커(lacquer)에서, 연마제 및 광택제로서, 및 유리 및 세라믹 제조용 원료로서의, 제1항 또는 제3항에 따르는 과립의 용도.
