Claims (5)
- 하기 화학식 Ia 또는 Ib의 음의 Δε(유전 이방성)을 갖는 인단:화학식 Ia화학식 Ib상기 식에서,R은 각 경우에 서로 독립적으로 비치환되거나, -CF3에 의한 단일치환되거나 또는 할로겐에 의해 최소한 단일치환된 C1-12의 알킬 또는 알콕시 라디칼, C2-12의 옥사알킬, 알케닐 또는 알케닐옥시 라디칼, 또는 C3-12의 옥사알케닐 라디칼이며, 이들 라디칼에서 하나 이상의 CH2기는 각 경우에 서로 독립적으로 이종원자가 서로 직접 연결되지 않는 방식으로 -O-, -S-, -CO-, -COO-, -OCO 또는 -OCO-O-로 치환될 수도 있으며,A는 각 경우에 서로 독립적으로 =CH-가 =N-에 의하여 한 번 또는 두 번 치환될 수도 있고 할로겐(-F, -Cl, -Br, -I), -CN, -CH3, -CH2F, -CHF2, -CF3, -OCH3, -OCH2F,-OCHF2또는 -OCF3에 의하여 서로 독립적으로 단일 내지 4중 치환될 수도 있는 1,4-페닐렌이거나, 또는 -CH2-가 서로 독립적으로 -O- 또는 -S-에 의하여 한 번 또는 두 번 치환될 수도 있고 할로겐에 의하여 단일 또는 다중 치환될 수도 있는 1,4-사이클로헥실렌, 1,4-사이클로헥세닐렌 또는 1,4-사이클로헥사디에닐렌이며,Z는 각 경우에 서로 독립적으로 단일결합이거나, 또는 -CH2-CH2-, -CF2CF2-, -CH=CH-, -CF=CH-, -CH=CF-, -C≡C-, -CO-O-, -O-CO-, -O-CH2-, -CH2-O-, O-CF2- 또는 -CF2-O-기이며,X는 -H, -F, -Cl, -CN, -NCS, -CF3, -OCF3또는 -OCHF2이며,Y 및 V는 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소이거나, 또는 비치환되거나, -CF3에 의하여 단일치환되거나 또는 할로겐에 의하여 최소한 단일치환된 1 내지 15개의 탄소원자 또는 2 내지 15개의 탄소 원자를 각각 갖는 알킬, 알콕시, 알케닐 또는 알키닐 라디칼인데, 이러한 라디칼에서 하나 이상의 CH2기는 각 경우에 서로 독립적으로 이종원자가 서로 직접 연결되지 않는 방식으로 -O-, -S-, -CO-, -COO-, -OCO 또는 -OCO-O-에 의하여 치환될 수도 있으며,Y는 부가적으로 -F 또는 -Cl이며,W는 각 경우에 서로 독립적으로 -O-, -C(O)-, -CHF-, -CF2-, -CH= 또는 -CF=이고, 화학식 Ib에서 W는 부가적으로 -CH2-이며,n 및 m은 각각 서로 독립적으로 0, 1, 2, 3 또는 4이며,점선은 단일결합 또는 이중결합을 나타내며,단, 화학식 Ib에서 W가 2개의 -CH2-가 연결된 기일 경우 X는 H가 아니어야 한다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 하기의 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 인단:
