Claims (9)
- 토너 및 토너 내에 함유된 왁스를 포함하는 자기 현상제를 포함한 현상제 용기와,자기 현상제를 이송하기 위해 현상제 용기 내에 회전가능하게 제공된 제1 및 제2 현상제 이송 부재와,제1 현상제 이송 부재 상에 이송된 자기 현상제 층의 두께를 조정하기 위한 조정 부재와,상기 제1 현상제 이송 부재로부터 상기 제2 현상제 이송 부재로 자기 현상제를 전사하기 위해 자기장을 발생시키는 자기장 발생 수단을 포함하고,화상 담지 부재 상에 형성된 통상의 정전 잠상은 상기 제1 현상제 이송 부재상에 이송된 현상제 및 상기 제2 현상제 이송 부재 상에 이송된 현상제로 순서대로 현상되는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토너는 1 내지 20 중량%의 양으로 왁스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 토너는 적어도 바인더 수지 및 왁스를 혼합하고 그 이후에 최종 혼합된 제품을 분쇄하여 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 현상제 용기는 제1 현상제 이송 부재가 제공된 현상 챔버와, 현상 챔버 아래에 위치되고 제2 현상제 이송 부재가 제공된 교반 챔버와, 제2 현상제 이송 부재로부터 분리된 현상제를 교반 챔버에서 현상제 챔버로 당기는 연통부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 현상제는 토너 및 자기 캐리어로서 비자기 토너를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 자기장 발생 수단은 제2 현상제 이송 부재에 근접하도록 제1 현상제 이송 부재 내에 고정 배치된 제1 자극과, 제1 현상제 이송 부재에 근접하도록 제1 현상제 이송 부재에 대향하는 극성을 갖고 제2 현상제 이송 부재 내에 고정 배치된 제2 자극과, 제2 자극으로 반발 자기장을 형성하도록 제2 현상제 이송 부재의 회전 방향으로 제2 자극의 상류에 위치되고 제2 현상제 이송 부재 내에 고정 배치된 제3 자극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 자기장 발생 수단은 제1 및 제2 현상제 이송 부재 상에 이송된 현상제를 연속적 현상제로 정립함으로써 화상 담지 부재와 접촉하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 현상제 이송 부재는 AC 전압과 편향된 DC전압이 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상 장치.
- 토너 및 토너 내에 함유된 왁스를 포함하는 자기 현상제를 포함한 현상제 용기와,자기 현상제를 이송하는 동안 현상제 용기에 각각 제공된 제1 회전 부재 및 제2 회전 부재와,제1 회전 부재 상에 이송된 자기 현상제 층의 두께를 조정하기 위한 조정 부재와,회전 이송 부재로부터 제2 회전 부재로 조정 부재에 의해 조정된 후 자기 현상제를 전사하기 위해 자기장을 발생시키는 자기장 발생 수단을 포함하고,화상 담지 부재 상에 형성된 정전 잠상은 제1 회전 부재로부터 현상제를 공급하지 않고 제2 회전 부재로부터 현상제를 공급함으로써 현상되는 것을 특징으로 하는 현상 장치.
