Claims (7)
- 연료분사 펌프(12)의 분사량 조절부(16)에 연결되는 가브너 레버(31)의 회동을 리미터(32)에 의해 일정 영역으로 규제하여 엔진(1)으로의 연료분사량을 제한하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 리미터(32)가 온도에 따라 위치변화를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사량 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 리미터(32)에는 적어도 상기 가브너 레버(31)의 연료감량측의 회동제한위치(33bL)를 획정하는 규제부(33b)가 설치되어 있으며, 엔진(1)의 온도 상승에 따라 상기 회동제한위치(33bL)가 더욱 연료감량측으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사량 제어장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 엔진(1)을 최대출력으로 설정한 경우에 상기 리미터(32)의 위치를 획정하는 스토퍼(40)에 감열팽창재를 구비하고, 이 감열팽창재의 팽창도에 따라 상기 리미터(32)의 위치를 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사량 제어장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 감열팽창재로서 왁스를 이용하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사량제어장치.
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 스토퍼(40)는 케이스(41)에 상기 감열팽창재, 상기 감열팽창재의 팽창에 따라 슬라이딩하는 슬라이딩부재(44, 46) 및 상기 슬라이딩부재의 슬라이딩을 제한하는 슬라이딩 제한부재를 수납해서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사량 제어장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 슬라이딩 제한부재로서 스프링(48, 49)을 이용하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사량 제어장치.
- 제 3항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스토퍼(40)를 엔진(1)의 측면에 부설하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사량 제어장치.
