Claims (8)
- 질량%로,C : 0.03% 이하, Si : 1.0% 이하,Mn : 2.0% 이하, Cr : 16.0% 이상, 18.0% 이하,Ni : 6.0% 이상, 8.0% 이하, N : 0.25% 이하,Nb : 0∼0.30%, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피 불순물,로부터 본질적으로 이루어지는 화학 조성을 갖고, 또한 면적율 40% 이상의 마텐자이트와 잔부 오스테나이트와의 복상 조직 또는 마텐자이트 단상 조직으로 이루어지고, 성형 가공후의 시효 처리에 의해서 상기 마텐자이트상에 크롬 질화물이 석출된 Hv 500이상의 금속 개스캣을 제조할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 개스캣용 스테인레스강.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 화학 조성이 0.1%이상, 0.30% 이하의 Nb를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 개스캣용 스테인레스강.
- 청구항 l 또는 2에 기재의 화학 조성을 갖는 냉간 압연재에 최종 소둔을 행하여, 면적율로 평균 입경 5㎛ 이하의 재결정 입자 50∼100%와 미결정부 0∼50%로 이루어지는 재결정 조직으로 하는 공정과, 그 후에 압하율 30% 이상으로 조질 압연을 실시하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 개스캣용 스테인레스강의제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 기재의 화학 조성을 가지고, 또한 크롬 질화물이 석출한 면적율 40% 이상의 마텐자이트와 잔부 오스테나이트와의 복상 조직 또는 크롬 질화물이 석출한 마텐자이트 단상 조직으로 이루어지는, Hv 500이상의 스테인레스강으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 개스캣.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 고무 코팅이 실시되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 개스캣.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 개스캣이 엔진용인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 개스캣.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 기재의 스테인레스강, 혹은 청구항 3에 기재의 방법에 의해 제조된 스테인레스강을 성형 가공하여, 성형품에 200∼500℃에서의 시효 처리 및 고무 코팅을 실시하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 개스캣의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 시효 처리가 고무 코팅시의 350℃ 이하의 온도에서의 열처리에 의해 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
