Claims (9)
- 단위 액정 패널의 가장자리를 연마하는 연마부와; 상기 단위 액정 패널의 연마된 가장자리를 따라 연마화상을 촬영하는 카메라와; 상기 연마화상을 저장하는 제1메모리부 및 기준화상을 저장하는 제2메모리부와; 상기 제1메모리부와 제2메모리부에 저장된 연마화상과 기준화상을 비교하여 오차값을 산출하는 비교부와; 상기 비교부의 오차값에 따라 상기 연마부의 설정값을 변경하여 상기 단위 액정 패널을 재연마할 수 있도록 제어하는 제어부를 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 연마량 보정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 카메라, 제1메모리부, 제2메모리부, 비교부 및 제어부는 상기 연마부에 내재된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 연마량 보정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연마부는 상기 단위 액정 패널의 가장자리를 하나의 연마유닛에서 동시에 연마하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 연마량 보정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연마부는 상기 단위 액정 패널의 장변 가장자리를 하나의 연마유닛에서 연마하고, 단변 가장자리를 다른 연마유닛에서 연마하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 연마량 보정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 카메라는 단위 액정 패널의 가장자리에 구비된 정렬 마크를 통해 단위 액정 패널과 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 연마량 보정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연마부의 외표면에 상기 카메라, 제1메모리부, 제2메모리부 및 비교부를 구동시키는 제1버튼과, 상기 제어부를 구동시키는 제2버튼이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 연마량 보정장치.
- 단위 액정 패널의 가장자리를 연마하는 단계와; 상기 단위 액정 패널의 연마된 가장자리를 따라 연마화상을 추출하는 단계와; 상기 연마화상을 기준화상과 비교하여 오차값을 추출하는 단계와; 상기 오차값에 대응하여 연마부의 설정값을 변경하고, 상기 단위 액정 패널을 재연마하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 연마량 보정방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 단위 액정 패널의 가장자리를 연마하는 단계는 상기 단위 액정 패널의 단변 또는 장변 가장자리를 연마하는 단계와; 상기 단위 액정 패널의 연마되지 않은 가장자리를 연마하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 연마량 보정방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 단위 액정 패널의 연마된 가장자리를 따라 연마화상을 추출하는 단계는 카메라의 촬영에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 패널의 연마량 보정방법.
