Claims (4)
- 시료에 부착한 도막을 절단날로 절삭하고, 상기 절단날에 가해지는 도막면에 수직방향의 힘과 도막면에 평행한 방향의 힘을 검지하여 도막의 부착강도나 전단강도를 측정하는 장치로서,시료에 대해 도막면에 수직인 수직방향 및 도막면에 평행한 평행방향의 2방향으로 상대이동이 가능한 스테이지 수단과,상기 스테이지 수단에 일단이 연결된 수직압력 검지기와,상기 수직압력 검지기의 타단에 제 1단이 연결된 평행압력 검지기와,상기 평행압력 검지기의 제 2단에 연결된 절단날을구비하고,상기 수직압력 검지기에 의해 상기 절단날에 가해지는 상기 수직방향의 압력을 검지함과 동시에 상기 평행압력 검지기에 의해 상기 절단날에 가해지는 상기 평행방향의 압력을 검지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도막부착강도·전단강도 측정장치.
- 시료에 부착한 도막을 절단날로 절삭하고, 상기 절단날에 가해지는 도막면에 수직인 방향의 힘과 도막면에 평행한 방향의 힘을 검지하여 도막의 부착강도나 전단강도를 측정하는 장치로서,시료에 대해 도막면에 수직인 수직방향 및 도막면에 평행한 평행방향의 2방향으로 상대이동이 가능한 스테이지수단과,상기 스테이지 수단에 일단이 연결된 평행압력 검지기와,상기 평행압력 검지기의 타단에 제 1단이 고정된 수직압력 검지기와,상기 수직압력 검지기의 제 2단에 연결된 절단날을구비하고,상기 수직압력 검지기에 의해 상기 절단날에 가해지는 상기 수직방향의 압력을 검지함과 동시에 상기 평행압력 검지기에 의해 상기 절단날에 가해지는 상기 평행방향의 압력을 검지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도막부착강도·전단강도 측정장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 스테이지 수단은 압전소자 구동에 의해 500㎛이하의 범위에서 미동하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 도막부착강도·전단강도 측정장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수직압력 검지기로 검지한 수직압력, 상기 평행압력 검지기로 검지한 평행압력 및 절단날의 홈깊이의 변화를 그래프화하는 그래프화수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 도막부착강도·전단강도 측정장치.
