Claims (2)
- 진피 17.8중량%, 등피 7.5중량%, 탱자껍질 5.4중량%, 오렌지껍질 5.3중량%, 을 분말화하여 혼합하고 여기에 소맥전분 64.0중량%을 소염 0.2중량%같이 혼합하여 전체 혼합 중량을 22㎏으로 하고 이에 정제수 19ℓ을 혼합시켜 20분정도 반죽한 후 900∼950℃의 냉면기기에 넣어 뽑아 내는 것을 특징으로 하는 진피를 이용한 건강 냉면의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기의 냉면기기에서 뽑아낸 냉면을 220g으로 절단하여 그늘에서 2시간정도 숙성과정을 거친 후 비닐 포장하여 냉동보관(영하 35℃)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진피를 이용한 건강냉면의 제조방법.
