Claims (29)
- 특히 자동차의 내부에 착설되어 인테리어의 일부를 구성하는 트림내장물의 가시전면부를 형성하는 플라스틱물질로 된 스킨, 특히 유연성 스킨을 제조하되, 트림내장물은 상기 플라스틱물질에 의하여 형성되는 가시전면부의 후측으로 일정한 거리를 두고 배치되는 배면을 갖는 사전제조된 적어도 하나의 인써트를 포함하며, 몰드의 적어도 한 면에 대하여 비다공질 또는 미세다공질인 엘라스토머 플라스틱 스킨을 형성하기 위하여 적어도 하나의 유동성 스킨물질을 도포하고 이 유동성 스킨물질이 상기 플라스틱물질을 얻도록 경화되어 스킨을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 사전제조된 인써트가 몰드에 배치되고 플라스틱 물질에 접착고정됨을 특징으로 하는 스킨의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유동성 스킨물질로서 비다공질 또는 미세다공질의 엘라스토머 폴리우레탄 스킨을 얻기 위한 반응혼합물이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 사전에 제조된 인써트는 유동성 스킨물질이 완전히 경화되기 전에 적어도 부분적으로 상기 유동성 스킨물질 자체의 점착성을 이용하여 스킨의 플라스틱 물질에 접착고정됨을특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 트림내장물을 제조하기 위하여, 적어도 구조적인 배면층이 중간폼층을 통하여 스킨의 배면측에 결합되는 것이 바람직함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 사전제조된 인써트가 몰드면에 배치되고 유동성 스킨물질이 인써트를 스킨에 고정하기 위하여 적어도 부분적으로 몰드면과 인써트의 한 면에 연장되는 층으로 몰드면과 사전제조된 인써트의 적어도 한 면에 도포됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 몰드면이 직립변부를 가지고 사전제조된 인써트의 측면이 몰드의 직립변부에 접속되게 배치되며, 측면이 유동성 스킨물질을 위한 밀폐수단을 형성하기 위하여 상기 직립변부에 접속될 수 있게 배열된 유연성 연장편을 포함하는 것이 바람직함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 직립변부가 0.1 ~ 5 mm 사이, 바람직하게는 0.25 ~ 1 mm의 두께를 갖는 베이스를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 직립변부가 적어도 0.5 mm, 바람직하게는 적어도 1 mm, 가장 바람직하게는 적어도 2 mm 의 높이를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사전제조된 인써트가 직립변부의 상측으로 돌출되게 몰드의 직립변부의 상측에, 특히 인써트의 측방향으로 돌출되게 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사전제조된 인써트가 트림내장물의 가시면의 일부를 구성토록 덮이지 않은 상태로 남겨지는 전면을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사전제조된 인써트가 이 인써트를 덮도록 마감부재를 고정함으로써 외부로부터 적어도 부분적으로 보이지 않게 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 인써트와 마감부재가 트림내장물의 전면으로부터 인써트에 마감부재를 고정할 수 있도록 하는 상호결합형의 결합수단을 포함하고 일련의 상이한 교환형 마감부재가 인써트에 고정되는 것이바람직함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사전제조된 인써트는 전면을 가지고 이 전면이 스킨이 성형되는 몰드면에 실질적으로 일치되게 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인써트가 전면을 가지고 스킨이 성형되는 몰드면의 후측으로 그 전면이 일정한 거리를 두고 상기 몰드내에 배치되어 전면이 스킨에 의하여 형성된 가시면내에 요입되며, 상기 유동성 스킨물질이 특히 몰드면의 직립변부 또는 상승부분에 인써트를 배치함으로써 인써트의 전면을 완전히 덮는 것이 방지되어 스킨이 인써트의 전면측으로 요입부를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 마감부재가 다른 전면을 가지고 이 다른 전면이 스킨에 의하여 형성된 가시면에 실질적으로 일치되게 배치될 때까지 요입부에 삽입됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인써트가 전면을 보이고 이 전면이 스킨이 성형되는 몰드면으로부터 일정한 거리를 두고 몰드내에 배치되며 유동성 스킨물질이 인써트의 전면을 덮도록 상기유동성 스킨물질이 몰드면과 인써트의 전면에 도포됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인써트가 전면을 가지고, 몰드에 상기 사전제조된 인써트를 배치하기 전에 몰드면에 대하여 유동성 스킨물질의 제 1 층을 도포하고 이 제 1 층에 인써트를 점착시키기 위하여 바람직하게, 유동성 스킨물질의 제 1 층이 완전히 경화되기 전에 이 제 1 층 상에 인써트를 배치함으로써 스킨이 성형되는 몰드면에서 전면이 일정한 거리를 두도록 인써트를 배치함을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 16 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 사전제조된 인써트가 전자회로 또는 이를 위한 부품이고, 특히 전자회로인쇄기판, 바람직하게는 유연성의 인쇄회로기판, 바람직하게 유연성 인쇄회로기판에 제공되는 전기도선, 전기적인 푸쉬버튼, 판독형 전자코드, 검출기, 칩, 마이크로전자요소, 집적회로소자, 스마트카드소자, 전도성 섬유소자, 인터페이스 및 안테나, 자동차검출시스템소자 또는 이들의 조합으로부터 선택된 소자를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유동성 스킨물질이 몰드면에 스프레이로 도포됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유동성 스킨물질이 폐쇄몰드를 이용하고 이 폐쇄몰드에 주입성형 또는 사출성형, 특히 반응사출성형공법으로 상기 유동성 스킨물질을 채워 몰드면에 도포됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스킨이 먼저 상기 몰드면에 대하여, 특히 인몰드 페인트로 마감층을 도포하고 이어서 상기 유동성 스킨물질을 도포하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스킨이 평균 두께가 0.1 ~ 3 mm, 특히 0.5 ~ 1.5 mm 인 유연성 스킨임을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 특히 자동차에 착설되어 인테리어의 일부를 구성토록 배치되는 트림내장물의 가시전면을 형성하기 위해 특히 제 1 항 내지 제 23 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라서 비다공질 또는 미세다공질의 엘라스토머 플라스틱 물질로 구성되는 스킨, 특히 유연성 스킨에 있어서, 이 스킨이 스킨의 플라스틱 물질에 점착고정되고 이 플라스틱 물질에 의해 형성되는 가시면의 후측으로 일정한 거리를 두고 배치되는 배면을 갖는 적어도 하나의 사전제조된 인써트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 트림내장물의 스킨.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 트림내장물을 형성하기 위하여 적어도 구조적인 배면층이 중간폼층을 통하여 스킨의 배면측에 결합되는 것이 바람직함을 특징으로 하는 스킨.
- 제 24 항 또는 제 25 항에 있어서, 인써트가 스킨에 의하여 형성되는 가시면내에 요입되는 전면을 가짐으로써 스킨이 인써트를 덮는 마감부재가 고정될 수 있는 인써트 전면에 요구를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 스킨.
- 제 24 항 또는 제 25 항에 있어서, 스킨의 전면이 갭을 통하여 스킨의 플라스틱 물질에 의하여 형성되는 가시면으로부터 적어도 부분적으로분리됨을 특징으로 하는 스킨.
- 제 24 항 또는 제 25 항에 있어서, 상기 인써트가 스킨의 플라스틱 물질에 의하여 덮이는 전면을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 스킨.
- 제 24 항 내지 제 28 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스킨이 평균 두께가 0.1 ~ 3 mm, 특히 0.5 ~ 1.5 mm 인 유연성 스킨임을 특징으로 하는 스킨.
